SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I've tried calling 5 different departments and the same woman keeps answering the phone, who is rude, answers no questions, hung up on me twice, and refuses to let me speak to a supervisor or anyone else in the department besides her. Furthermore, she could not explain why she needed me to email my credit card information, when I'd already entered supposedly securely on the website. Every time I call back, no matter what department you dial, you get her. Yesterday afternoon, i finally got someone else, and he put me on hold for twenty minutes until the call center finally closed and then an after hours agent picked up and said she couldn't help me because they were closed for the day. I called back today and the same person, Stephanie picked up and I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said he was with a client meeting and said she could take a message. I said I had done that twice already and would prefer to hold. After 15 minutes, she picked up the phone and hung up. When I called back, she said, "do you really want to hold for 2 hours while he's in a meeting?". Refused to give me his email, and could only provide the generic customer service email address, which I'm sure she will answer....considering she's already answering the calls to 5 alleged departments. I've contacted my lawyer. The Groupon legal department, who has opened an investigation. And will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank's investigation...

Often we'd pay for 1 type of car and they'd send the lower priced type car to pick us up. Even if I confirmed type of car we paid for in advance- the cheaper type car would show up. Last few times- the cars were not clean inside. Last straw was them trying to charge us for a late pick up... even thought our flight was on time and we were waiting for pick up but, the driver was stuck in airport traffic. Found they charged late pick up charge on credit card statement next day. Tried to call and rectify situation they refused to remove charge.
