ROCK N' ROLL IT - SMOKE - VAPE - HEMP - UNIVERSAL CITY — Attraction in Universal City

This place is usually awesome... But I have a problem. I came in the store tonight a little after 11 and purchased 3 things... When I got home a few minutes ago and unwrapped my bubble wrap that my things were wrapped in, and one of my items is not in there.... It was glass so it would have needed to be wrapped in bubble wrap.... How do I go about getting the item that I did not get in my bag, that I absolutely paid for (I used my number to have it all rung up on my account as well...) I am so bummed - the staff was amazing and super friendly, and I have never had this issue before - and I am a LOYAL/regular customer... 😞

Every other time I came in, this place has never let me down. In fact, I usually leave spending more than I had intended to spend 🤣😅 This place is amazing... Everyone should def check them...

Worst vape store ,sold me defected vape !and tried replacing and they wouldn’t didn’t even have vape 48 hrs and stopped working so basically got robbed of my hard earned money 28$ like it’s my fault I bought defected vape so I will never return this hell hole. They have small hidden sign saying this info .called 20x before driving waisting my gas when could of been told over phone but they don’t answer in back hiding on the clock . Girl working was rude giving attitude as soon as I said my complaint about vape . Like they are trained to run off customers...

Bought a vape kit here, took the vape home and assembled it the way the directions said but the tank leaked profusely. I called the shop to ask for an exchange or a refund because i cant put a different tank on this kind of vape and i cant get it to stop leaking and they told me that they cant do things like that with big vape kits. The vape i bought doesn't work so why they wont give me a refund or at least exchange the kit for a different one makes no sense to me. The people here are super nice but i wouldn't waste your time with...
