Let me tell you of the astrocities of this place. I ordered a pick up. 10 minutes no problem. I arrived 15 minutes only to watch them give my order to someone else. Now I honestly don’t blame the other customer claiming my pizza after the experience I had. What I do blame is the shift leader and manager not listening when I said that was mine it has MY name. After paying and waiting for a new order. Reminding them every 5 minutes. I had an experience. I watched a guy put his groceries in the drink cooler. I watched the shift manager offering only him a free 2 litter while everyone else has been waiting just as long. The manager rarely made his way to speak to the customers, the shift manager rolled her eyes a lot as well as walk away from angry customers who have been waiting for over 40 minutes. Observation was on point. Nobody in the back wore gloves while making the pizza. Nobody cared that one worker had his drink next to where they make the pizzas. After my observation I decided to stand by the door for another few minutes to pass the time. As people walked in I greeted them with a warning to leave before given the chance to be stuck in pergatory. Finally the manager showed his face to speak with another customer. I decided to use this opportunity to mention my story. I realized quickly what a waste of time that was. Finally beyond all belief my order was ready. Which I was then asked again to pay for my order but this time it was much less then what I already paid. I told the shift leader I had paid more then that already and without a care she walked away. Now I decided to leave and just call corporate the next day. I was so excited to go home. When a person goes to Little Caesers it’s always best to have extremely low expectations. This though was even far lower then I ever considered. When I got home and finally sat down with this less then desirable pizza at this point I took the first bite only to realize the middle was still not fully cooked. However what I can say is that crazy bread was the best seasoned crazy bread I have ever had. Holy hell! I also sum this up to a lack of effort they put into actually making it. I mean if I could offer a negative...

So my husband walked out and we waited in the car until they opened. The manager walked out at 11:01am and she locked the door behind her. My husband purposefully got off in front of her and tried to open the door which was locked. My husband stood outside knocking on the window and no one bothered to see if he needed anything. I called at 11:03am and some guy answered. I asked if they were open and he said yes and I said then why is the door locked my husband is out side trying to place an order. I said and your manager just left and locked the door. He said oh well I didn’t know that she left it’s because we don’t have any money. We don’t have change. I told him well we don’t need change we are paying with a card. He just kept saying that he didn’t know. I asked so are you guys open or closed? He said closed.
I then called corporate office just to be told that they’d call me back. 11:05 am She called back and said that the store said that they were open. When they were clearly closed. Corporate office didn’t care what I had to say she just said well they are open now. Seems like this is why their stores don’t care either because corporate office doesn’t card what they do. We proceeded to place our order. Came home and found hair in our pizza. Please rest assured that I will let everyone...
Read moreordered an extra most bestest pepperoni and had to wait 15 minutes to pick it up because the pizza portal seemingly never works. someone also cut to the front of the line and the cashier didn’t say anything about it and catered to them despite them cutting in line. the pizza i was given was completely wrong, it barely had any cheese and literally only 1-5 pepperonis on it. (i ordered an extramostbestest pepperoni). went back to the store to change it and after i told the cashier to remake my order i waited for 15 minutes then asked the cashier for a follow up on my remake and they went to check and came back and said they forgot to tell the employees to remake my order and laughed about it, completely unprofessional. i waited 35 minutes for a remake of my pizza, also the remade pizza i got was overcooked. when this place gets busy everything just falls apart and orders come out wrong or completely overcooked. they are constantly understaffed and im guessing underpaid, if they were paid more i think the pizzas would come out in better shape and be made with more care. i do not recommend risking spending your money here for a potentially incorrect, overcooked, or...
