I don’t normally write bad reviews , but when a place is due for one , they get it. Let me start off by saying I came to this location at 830pm , they close at 10pm. Still a good while to be open your think right ? , wrong. Standing in line I approach the counter. Not a single ounce of proteins in any dish , besides what looked like some dried up brisket maybe ? , I asked if they had any of the plant based protein left. They looked at each other confused. And proceeded to tell me , no we can make some though. Normally I wouldn’t have an issue with this , but being on a strict diet with a strict time to eat time is of my essence. I politely told them no I asked if they had any other proteins , their answer “No”. Which was the answer I expected to receive. I didn’t argue anymore , I proceeded to check out with the few items of selection I could get. Price still came out to full price. Now I sat there and wondered and asked the young lady , how are you gonna charge me full price when I don’t even have my protein that’s suppose to come with the meal , her answer was simple , because it’s considered a vegetable. Ok well sure , and I proceeded to tell her I would have that protein if y’all would keep food out. Her reply was nothing more than an excuse , very typical of todays generation , not taking accountability for a mistake and just accepting it. Instead the excuse was “people don’t normally get plant based protein” ok sure fair , but what about all the other proteins not out for order ? Excuse again was “we had a rush” now what this young lady didn’t know is I sat in the parking lot for nearly 45 minutes prior to me going in. There was no rush that entered that building. And if there was and you seen you were low on food with over a hour until closing why would you not prepare smaller portions. Huge let down tonight chiptole. And even bigger disappointment that your staff does not know how to take accountability for complacent actions. Do better , and be better. If I come in again in the future and am given piss poor excuses I will get your name and have a very serious talk with your upper management for lack of respect and integrity to your customers. Read more0/10, don’t recommend! I’ve never written a bad review about any place before in my life but this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. I was super eager to try out the new chipotle and was highly disappointed and disrespected. I ordered two bowls for me and my husband. They were really light on portions as expected, no big deal.. So i asked for a little more cheese and when i did, she replies “MORE?” as if what i was asking for was extreme.. but i brush it off. a few more strange and ugly looks later, we reach the end and she then turns to her coworker and says, “I don’t even know how i’m going to close this..” with an attitude and nasty look on her face. (As if the bowl was piled to the sealing) Her coworker proceeded to close it with no issues at all. So I get to the register and ask for 4 vinaigrettes, and she says “FOUR VINAIGRETTES?” again, rudely and the cashier giggles… it’s embarrassing and disrespectful at this point. Finally, i check out and attempt to use my free bowl reward and they say I can’t use it because I don’t have double steak. They end up scanning my reward, after several failed attempts and saying they finally got it after i walked them through what to do since they clearly didn’t understand the task at hand and still charged me for double steak???? After holding up the line for nearly 10 minutes, i left there unhappy annoyed, uncomfortable and feeling slightly disrespected. I will never be coming back! I’ve been in the food industry for years, it is not that hard to maintain professionalism. Read moreI just wanted to try this location giving it the benefit of the doubt but I can see why the ratings are so low. First of all the food looks so dry and old, and then I ordered the barbacoa for my wife there wasn’t any left so the worker said she’ll go to the back for more and came back empty handed giving my wife’s bowl a spoonful of barbacoa.. alright that was fine no worries right? But then they messed up the order, adding unnecessary sauce when I did not ask one of the bowl, which would’ve been fine but my wife is allergic.. alright I get it mistakes happen, but tell me why the worker looked annoyed at me like it was MY FAULT? whatever. After that the cashier didn’t bother to ask if I wanted anything else so I had to stop her mid transaction telling her I wanted chips and two drinks.. alright that was fine too I get it we all get carried away. Me and my wife were disappointed since neither of us were able to get our bowls ( since I had to give her mine due to the sauce the worker added), of course we were bummed but we didn’t want any trouble so we just ate our food. At the end neither of us were able to finish our bowl so she went to go ask for two lids, tell my why the worker rolled her eyes and scoffed before going to get her the lids? I understand we all have bad days but there’s no need to take it out on everyone else. The short haired worker was rude and honestly horrible at her job. This is why I’m writing this, we just wanted to eat a peaceful meal and go on about our day but this place just had to ruin it! 0/10 RECOMMENDED! Go to any other location but this one, I’m sure you’ll get better service...
