I saw an add on Instagram for a cryofacial in which I requested to have that particular procedure to be performed at their spa in Center Valley PA. I completed numerous forms on line but when I arrived for the appointment, I was told I had to complete another form. It was the exact information I had already completed on line. I was also inundated with emails and texts prior to my appointment with multiple forms to complete and numerous appointment reminders. The staff was not professional when I arrived and their communication skills were poor. According to the online information and the services that I chose, I thought I agreed to have a brief consultation and then the cryofacial directly afterward. I was told by a staff member that I could only have the consultation and I would have to book another appointment for the cryofacial. This was a complete waste of my time and false advertising. In my encounter with the staff member it became apparent that they had not reviewed the extensive medical history questionnaire that I completed on line prior to my appointment. I obviously left the store without any services done. Furthermore, the three members of their staff that I saw there, did not present with beautiful skin or hair. First impressions...
Read moreI finally had a moment to cash in on a gift card, idle chit chat resulted in my defending my place of employment. The masseuse went on and on about her experience at the venue I worked at, I heard about the good, the bad and the ugly. I had recommendations for her to have a better experience, which she then stopped the massage to write down suggestions. I was irritated as I was there to relax and all I did was leave frustrated. I had enhancements added onto my service which one service was not done at all and the others were not worth the two extra seconds that the services seemed to be thrown in last minute. The massage was supposed to be full body but that didn't happen either. The only thing that might be good out of the massage experience, my employer may have kept a customer. I can say, I will most likely not go back to this spa. At the end, my masseuse was happy I had suggestions for her next entertainment experience so, I'm happy I could pay so much money to help her out. Key tip, if someone is there for a massage and enhancements, they DO NOT want to discuss...
Read moreWhat started as a simple gift certificate purchase for my wife turned into a year long membership, with limited opportunities to actually schedule a message. At one point we had accumulated over 8 sessions with their automatic charge. We then paused the auto charge which you can only do for a few months or you lose all the prepaid for sessions. We then got almost caught up and cancelled with only one session remaining. We were told it would be valid till the end of May. When attempting to schedule the massage we were told it expire the middle of May and we just missed the chance to use it. But here’s the great news, if we restart the membership we can get back the $80 credit but we have to purchase another $80 credit and then we can cancel but there will be an additional $80 charge and you will have to schedule all 3 massages before the whole process starts over. In case you forgot scheduling the massages was an issue...
