I never write reviews but I had to write one for this company. When I went here I was not treated like a person that was willing/about to spend many thousands on my husband's wedding band. I am almost 40 years old but look young. At the beginning I went there specifically to look at a brand that they sell but don't have showcased anymore because of the lack of interest and quality of the brand. So I gave them 2 stars because of the information on that. As soon as I walked in, I didn't feel welcomed. I felt like I was being treated like I didn't even have the funds to step into their family establishment. Little do they know, my budget was $10,000. I never felt welcomed, comfortable or wanted. I knew they thought that I was wasting their time and maybe window shopping but they were completely wrong. I was running on little time and wanted to order and pay that exact day. I finally found the ring I wanted and they didn't work with me one bit. I asked could they work on the price and they said no. No negotiating at all! I thanked them for their time and said I'd be back to order from them that week. Also, this specific brand Bleu Royale are only sold at specific jewelers, so I was ready to order because of a time crunch I had and that's additionally why I went here in the first place. But I felt that why should I give this company my business when they made me feel the way they did? Additionally, they didn't negotiate even a little bit. They were stern and stand-offish about pricing. After I left, I called Bleu Royale and told them about my experience at B&E; they apologized and gave me another jeweler that carried and sold their brand. So I went to Golden Nugget Jewelers in Philadelphia, where my husband originally had purchased my 5 figure engagement ring 2 months prior. But again I live in the suburbs so I wanted to stay in my area and purchase at B&E. When I went to Golden Nugget Jewelers I had a totally different experience. I was shocked on how much better I was treated. They didn't treat me like I didn't have the funds to look at rings and they even were a whole thousand dollars cheaper. I felt like calling the owner or manger at B&E personally but it wouldn't have mattered. I live in Warrington, so I was elated to got to B&E Jewelers but after my experience, I was so disappointed and will not be back. Why did I have to go all the way to the city to be treated like a valued customer, even before I committed or purchased something? A family business and I was treated like I was not in the right place and was not welcomed. Do better B&E but thank you for the way you treated me because I went to an establishment that ended up saving me a thousand dollars. Your loss simply because of your prejudgment and hesitance to help a female who knew nothing about diamonds and jewelry, because you felt I didn't...

My mom brought them my grandmother’s diamond to make a pendant for my 30th birthday. The woman she worked with had a design idea that my mom really liked.
It was so poorly designed that after 2 weeks of wear, I looked down and the diamond was missing. The pendant had broken in half with the bottom half (including the diamond) gone.
After 24 hours of freaking out and losing years off of my life, I miraculously found it in my daughter’s bed. She is such a gentle kid and never pulled on it… But they obviously blamed her and told me I should hold off wearing it until my daughter is older. Lol.
I remember my grandmom wearing her diamond around her neck everyday, and now that you guys changed the design it can only be worn during special occasions..? Ok
Anyway, my mom took the broken pendant pieces and diamond back for them to secure in a more stable way.
When my mom handed me the shallow jewelry box that it came in, we looked at it together for a brief moment and shut the box. I brought it to my house in a secured bag that was on me at all times and then placed the box in a high secure place in my home that nobody could get to.
Well to my surprise, I went to put the pendant on a chain, and it’s not in the box. Apparently, somehow in the course of this transfer, the pendant fell out of the box and is completely missing. Queue more extreme stress, losing years off of my life and searching EVERYWHERE.
I couldn’t fathom how the box would have opened on its own, so I asked my mom if it was secured in any way, or inside anything like a jewelry bag.
She proceeds to tell me that it wasn’t secured at all, no string even though the box is made for a chain type necklace, and it was wrapped in some tissue paper material.
ARE YOU KIDDING? You put a loose diamond in TISSUE in a box with no depth? You don’t have a string lying around to act as a chain to secure it to the type of box you used!?
So even if it did slide out in the FEW seconds we had the box open, it would look like literal trash and be thrown away. Fabulous
How they’ve been in business so long is beyond me. I buy 14k gold earrings from mejuri for ~ $60 and they are sent to me in a synched velour jewelry bag, in a jewelry box with 2 lid openings for good measure.
Not to mention the woman who designed the pendant is so incredibly rude. Apparently she’s “new”.
I was so very close to my grandmom and I can count on one hand the amount of things I have from her. This was the only piece of jewelry and now it’s gone. I’m so extremely sad...
Read moreI recently went there for a diamond missing from my wedding band and one from my engagement ring. Both rings purchased here. I placed a claim with Jewelers Mutual and went to drop them off to the store. I arrived 30 mins before they closed and figured it would be just dropping off and waiting for repair. I health with a salesperson who took my rings and had the female owner look at them. She stated I had 6 broken diamonds and basically the ring was not able to be repaired. I questioned why not because can’t you just turn a claim in for the damage. I then questioned can I still wear the ring and wait for the broken ones to fall out and then repair at that time. I was told they would buy the good diamonds from me and then pay me for the gold too. None of this made sense since I have insurance that pays out for lost or damaged items. I decided the next day to get my items back and go somewhere else. My mom went to this place for years and trusted them. Welp the new jeweler confirmed that 2 diamonds need to be replaced and does not have all the damage they told me my rings did. I have a copy of the receipt they initially gave me and had the new jeweler evaluate to compare. Stay far away from this place. I’m appalled that this is the practice of a business that has been...
