Everyone here is amazing! I barely wear jewelry because I'm allergic to both silver and nickel. Coatings don't work either because when the coating wears off (and it tends to quickly), the silver is exposed and immediate reaction. I also had a specific preference for the type of earrings I wanted and the size of them. After waiting about a week or two, they came in and I'm completely in love with them! These earrings are huge for me because I'm a tomboy and people typically mistake me for a guy (I sure as hell am NOT) and I wanted them to bring out my femininity a bit more so that that mistake wouldn't happen as much. Safe to say its serving its purpose wonderfully and I'll definitely be back to get more! I can actually wear jewelry again. I can't even begin to articulate how much that means to me. And one of the best parts about it is I didn't break the bank either. High quality, decent pricing. I highly recommend to anyone regardless of what they're looking for. I was looking for place that could repair the clasp on my 16-year old Movado watch and tighten the stone on my engagement ring. The place I've gone to in the past closed their storefront. They also stopped doing watch repairs. They recommended John Cryan Jewelers in Southampton PA. My experience from start to finish was A++++.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. John took the time to explain how the repairs would be done. He also made sure my watch was in working condition (needed a battery) before any repairs were made. My jewelry was ready in less than a week! The clasp on my watch was repaired so that it wouldn't break again. My engagement ring looked like it did when my husband gave it to me almost 5 years ago.

The repairs were reasonably priced too. What I paid to have the clasp repaired, a new watch battery and stone tightened on my ring was only a few dollars more than what I paid for just the clasp to be repaired several years ago.

I’ve been going to John Cryan since I was a kid, and in three decades, I have never failed to be impressed by his level of service, knowledge, and kind personality. Whether it was explaining to me that the antique rings I had inherited from an aunt were actually very nice, resizing one of those rings, or fixing that same ring when I broke it, I always knew I was in good hands. So much so that even when I was living in DC and now New York, John Cryan is still my go to jeweler.

In addition to all of this, he also helped my father custom design a necklace for me for my wedding day. I was pretty adamant about not want “typical” bridal jewelry and I specifically wanted an amethyst necklace but couldn’t find anything that fit what I envisioned. With the barest of explanations, my father and John designed a necklace for me that was the highlight of my bridal look.
