Franks-A-Lot — Restaurant in Valdosta

For months I have supported this business by purchasing my favorite items two to three times a week. I went today and there was a different person working the drive thru, when she told me my total I explained to her it was more than I had been paying, I told her I had previous receipts. I even mention the name of some of the employees and managers who charge the same each time I came. This lady told me very adamantly that the price the previous supervisors charged was wrong and the total she had was correct and would not change it. I told her it was ok, I didn't want to purchase the food. It wasn't so much as the price it was her attitude towards me. I left and thought about it and went back to ask to speak to a manager, she said I AM THE MANAGER! I asked what was her name she said WHY, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS and closed the window! I was really shocked! I was talking to my sister on my car phone and she said what did she say! This is not the first time this lady has treated me and my sister this way. Customer service means a lot! And to be a manager with an attitude like that says to me you don't want my business. As I said previously I never had a problem with the other employees or managers, as a matter of fact, they know who I am when I place my order. Whoever the owner is please let this lady know how you treat your customers keep them coming back. I didn't write this to have anyone fired but to say treat people as you want...

Service was decent but the food was tragic. Probably the most cancerous, mystery ingredient food I've ever eaten. Their hot dogs are a white mystery meat that tastes nothing like any identifiable animal meat. Their "chili" resembles a brown diarrheal sludge and you have absolutely no idea what is in it. I like to see the ingredients in chili, like the meat, beans, chilis, etc, but with this, you get an inedible mystery goop that both looks and tastes like a diseased enigma. I'm confident that every bite shaved a year off my life. It was the first time I ever threw food away because of how gross it was. I felt diabetic afterwards. I wasn't expecting luxury, but l at least expected edibility. They were also boasting on their signs about how they had 10 flavors of dippin' dots, yet only had one flavor available...

The worst people work there they are revengeful and cheaper me out of my food plus my money I ordered 3 corn dogs they were soggy not cooked properly would not have passed for temperature I went back thru the drive thru and ask could they make some crispy or just replace with slaw dogs We got down the road on 75 and found they had replace 2 of the corn dogs with slaw dog and left 1 of those nasty corn dogs in my bag I called them she said come back I said I can’t This was revengeful and done on purpose I will never go to this place there is not telling what they do to your food I thought maybe there was a price difference which I would have gladly paid .. this was not the case both are the same price It was done...
