I never post reviews! This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I got gel polish and the tech did not paint my nails all the way to the cuticle. Once she finished doing my nails it looked as if it was time for me to get my nails done again. I explained to the owner the issue, but he was VERY rude and disrespectful, telling me that I should go somewhere else to get my nails done. I will never come back to this place again!
In response to your response, she did not spend 1.5 hours on my nails, I spent 1.5 hours waiting on someone to do my nails. She spent 30 minutes on my nails, but that’s beside the point! Kimberly was very understanding, and professional. She has done my nails in the past and did a great job, but this time there were big gaps that I explained to you were there, and other customers seen it as well. It was you who was very unprofessional, and unwilling to listen, but I was able to go to another nail salon who was very understanding, and agreed that my nails was not painted correctly. They were able to fix my nails, so no worries! I will not allow you to waste my time again.

Read moreTerrible experience. I arrived at 10:45am for a mani/pedi. waite for a little hike and got in the pedi chair pretty quickly. Waited for OVER an HOUR for my manicure while people who came in the shop well after i did were being serviced. one of the workers who can do hands seated me at a booth and left me there to do someone's feet. i waited longer. was moved by a different worker then she disappeared in the back. About 15mins later, the worker that didn't my feet told me the woman had went in the back for lunch break and i'd have to wait for her to get done. like are u serious ? mind u.... i'd already been waiting over an hour. I got my things, paid for me my pedi and left. I won't be going back here again. The owner was sitting right there the whole time not doing a thing nor attempting to compensate me for my time... let alone apologize. if you're not one of those people getting acrylic done... they don't prioritize your needs when they're busy. i guess i want planning to spend enough money to receive decent service. anywho, I won't be going back. so yea.... be mindful if u plan on going and want your natural nails done. they don't have to worry about receiving my business ever again. truly unprofessional and disgusting. don't waste your time unless u like having your time wasted. do NOT...
Read moreGot to the facility at 9 am and had to wait, no problem, they open at 10. They opened and had to wait 15/20 mins to be serviced. They say first come first serve, but that was not the case due to me being the first customer there and first to sign in. 6/7 techs came in and everyone that signed in after me went first. If techs only do feet, that’s understandable as to why pedicures would go first, still no one relays that message. One of the techs did do nails, but called someone else up ahead of me that came almost an hour after me waiting since 9am for one nail repair. Atmosphere is great, staff is nice, but Julie does not listen! I said I wanted regular polish, was told they don’t offer services with regular polish, but there is no sign. Nails lean to the right. Paid $55 for a fill in and had to go for a nail repair less than a week later. Informed her I wanted to use my points I had accumulated for $5 off, made the request 3x, she stated she would put in on her end, but she did not because I still ended up paying for my repair.
