Wingstop — Restaurant in Valdosta

Do not order from Valdosta Wingstop. You have been warned. Can they screw up your order, yes they can. In fact it's the only thing they're good at. Will your food be cold when you get home, luck of the draw. Is the staff completely incompetent, can't get a order right, Absolutely. There's grown adults that apparently can't read. Do you want to experience extremely rude staff that calls you a liar even after trying to show them proof. Yup, just terrible customer service all the way around. Every time you place a order it's 20-30 mins late after it's supposed to be ready. I spent a lot of money at wingstop and after this latest order being wrong yet again, I will never go back. Spoke with a manager as soon as I got home and realized my order was wrong. She said I could come back another day to have it replaced. I tried to get my order replaced and the very rude employee told me it had to be within 24 hours. The manager on the phone never mentioned it. Tried explaining my issues to the rude girl at the counter and was then called a liar. She claimed many times they don't offer a 16pc traditional wing. I ordered their classic full court flavor feast as you'll see in the attached photo which clearly shows 16 tradtional (bone in wings) My order was supposed to be ready at 7:48 I didn't receive my food till 8:05 The entire staff should be replaced or just close the store. I ordered on DoorDash from Wingstop at 9:30PM, I waited initially an hour for my food being that I kept getting new DoorDash drivers, (which isn’t Wingstop’s fault for sure) Apparently they gave my order to two different people in my food was stolen, which is out of the control so please understand my frustration isn’t coming from my food being stolen with DoorDash…,My frustration comes from my driver, telling me they’re not wanting to give me my food, so I’m having to call up there myself and explain to them that I do not have my food after finally getting them to give my food to the driver, she delivers my food to me just for me to open my bag and my food is wrong. I paid extra for corn and they left my ranch out…. I literally got a whole order that I didn’t ask for so that caused me having to get out of my bed after my DoorDash driver came and go up there and ask for my stuff but before going, I called and talked to someone and he told me he’s dropping my corn right now just for me to pull up and she asking me what’s going on And I seen her drop my corn so I was lied to on the phone and still had to wait for it to be finished!!! I reported that a foreign object was in my food I provided documentation I received a called from the manager basically an investigation and for her to tell me there’s no way the hair came from them when I don’t even have lose hair like that. I think the manager was doing her best to be respectful however she failed in being caring and I felt her almost passive aggressive energy was not called for. They saw that I was having my car trouble I literally had just got home and reported what was in my meal. I usually love what I get from them but this time to say the less was not good. The hot honey lemon pepper wings I ordered Ig by accident , and the buffalo wings I wasn’t able to eat because of the hair(foreign object) that I found I didn’t eat that because I don’t like when hair is in my food especially if it’s not my own understandably. They also forgot my freaking blue cheese. All in all they aren’t usually this bad but this time in particular especially the way I was investigated has only led me to believe that it’s best if I avoid this place. That hair looked like pubic hair and I don’t find those type of things to be funny but the manager let out a lil giggle when she saw the hair .
