After buying a stereo and installing it myself, the Bluetooth did not work. I went to several repair stereo locations in Vallejo, all of whom were helpful, but could not get a response in less than a day. It happened I then passed Broadway with its quite distinctive VIPER painted wall ad. I went in and found the store manager, Ahmed, involved with another customer. He interrupted himself to greet me, and then finished his work with that customer before moving to me. Twice he apologized for the wait. After asking me about my issue, he escorted me at once to my car to examine what was needed. Sensing I was wanting to keep costs down, he immediately explained the alternatives to me. They were using a switch or a relay, and after explaining both got a relay made for me on the spot and charged me half of what the competition wanted to charge. I left after getting a good lecture on how to install the relay. I then discovered I had left my wallet elsewhere. To my amazement, Ahmed suggested I take the relay and come back next day. I left, installed it, and the Bluetooth did not work. It was now 5:40pm. I called Ahmed, who answered and asked if I had the stereo out of the car panel. When I said yes, he invited me over to his business where he fixed both the relay and a host of other incorrect items I had connected up. Not only were his assistants helpful, they were entertaining and fun to hang out with. At 6:10 the job was completed, the Bluetooth works and I had enjoyed not just their company, but got my stereo going. Ahmed at first only accepted a payment for the relay, but I insisted he take more to compensate for the work he and his staff had done. I was very impressed to say the least.
Here is a man who knows how to take care of customers. Not only can he, and his assistants handle the business at hand, but they make the business fun, as well as very reasonable on cost. No only would I recommend going to his store, I would advise it - as he combines price with performance. His handling of customers is nothing less than charming, and I am completely satisfied with the entire interaction we had. I for one, will be buying a new system for another vehicle next week, and if you read this and act on it, feel free to say Hi! from the English guy to the man himself. Read moreLooked online to get some audio work done on my car. I had purchased my own equipment and wanted to make sure that this was done professionally and correctly. I looked on the internet and happened to find a very well reviewed placed in my home town of Vallejo. All of the reviews made it hard to believe how good these guys were because it all seemed too good to be true. Gave them a call and went in to the store and had the following experience with Eddie:
-He gave me a very very fair quote on the install of my equipment. -He was very honest and told me if some work would make the build better or not. Some of the work I wanted to have him do turned out to be not needed. (He talked me out of unnecessary work and saved me a lot of money) -Very technical things were explained to me in a way that even I could understand. -He didn't take my money until I went through a walk-through (listen to) of the work he had just finished and was satisfied. -I felt like good members of my family were taking care and looking out for me through this whole process.
As one other person said, "This isn't hype, the good reviews are real." Don't believe me, go there to see for yourself. All my audio needs and those who I know, will surely be done by these guys at...
Read moreThis is a update from my previous 1 star review. I had felt like i was getting a bad deal on an install and was upset about it. But instead of them getting upset about my review they immediately talked to me about it. I expressed my concerns and they gave me their professional opinion and knowledge on why what another auto store told me was incorrect.
That goes well beyond average service and shows a level of one on one time they take out to address any customer concerns.
As for the install. I had a 12" Kicker Comp R, RF Amp and Alarm system installed and Eddie tuned the sound. Could not be happier! They fixed my rear view camera another shop fouled up and added a few extra features to my alarm system that I wasn't aware could be done! All at no extra charge but to make sure I was getting everything out of the system!
The last thing I was told is that everything they have done was under warranty for a year and if anything goes wrong "It's our problem and not yours" They will make it right. What else...
