Read moreTook a watch in to get a battery replaced, was initially told by a lady that they would have to send it into their "watch expert" to replace it, and another associate said she thought she could figure it out. After she took my watch and got the backing off and removed the battery, she said she was having issues getting the new battery seated. She then called over the manager to look at it, and I told them not to worry about it, and that I would take the watch elsewhere as their lack of experience was making me uncomfortable with my watch. The associate brushed me off and said "we've almost got it." It took her an additional 5ish minutes of working on my watch under the direction of her manager (the same one who had originally told me they couldn't work on it) to finally get the battery in. Said it’s supposed to be tight on the finger “like that” with a little struggle to pull off, basically saying it’s fine. . I proceeded to tell her I would like it more loose and she kind of laughed at me through out the whole process. Me and my sister both thought she was being rude and short. She then put the order in, took the ring and said she would call me shortly to let me know what’s going on. I had to call back to be notified I won’t have an answer until Tuesday.
