After reading all the negative reviews we almost didn’t go, but after my son was so excited to go I figured we would check it out for ourselves. So here is the good the bad and the ugly
It is an adult and kid playground the adults can do everything the kids can do, which make it family fun. At skyzone most adults are dazed out on their phones, but here I saw most adults actually having fun with their kids. Its not just a trampoline park. There are bumper cars, a skyrider, ropes course, go carts, VR, ninja course in ball pit, trampolines with dodge ball, trick trampoline, basketball trampolines and just ones to jump on, as well as a nice café, giant slide, lots of tables, birthday rooms and a toddler area. It’s a great place to spend a rainy day, especially in the pnw Staff are very observant and helpful Food was tasty and they have some good meal deals Membership pays for it self after 1 visit a month The lines teach kids patience
The lines. Now we got there about 11:30 on a Sunday and there were small lines. we spent about 10 min waiting for staff to put harnesses on everyone to do the ropes course and skyrider…now later in the day the line was waaaay longer. Some people were waiting in line for 45 min just to get a harness on, and they still had another 45 min wait (the sky ride is a total of 20-30 sec ride, but then you can go to the ropes course after) some people didn’t come back down and just kept re-riding which caused the long lines. We didn’t get to the go carts because my 6 year old didn’t want to wait it line. We waited in line for about 15 min for the bumper cars around 3:30pm (I think the bumper cars are the longer ride there) my son LOVED them. They have some that spin and go upside down, and some regular ones too. Ninja Course: this part was really fun, the ball pit is 3 feet deep and is easy to get lost under, so be careful when you drop down. There are 4 different lanes with varying difficulty, I think we spent most of our time here. They really should invest in a left blower to blow all the balls back into the pit. Staff here were helpful and kept the lines moving Trampolines- my son mostly did dodgeball, he loved it and I think it was better put together than skyzone. They had a basketball area that looked fun, a regular jump area and a trick jump area and a dueling area. VR- this area was pretty cool its next to the café. My only complaint is that my son another girl were the only 2 players, when there was a line of 5 kids waiting, the should have let all the kids do it at the same time, there are plenty of headsets Go Carts- we didn’t wait in the line, but there is a single rider line and a two rider line Café- they have pizza, wings, fries, snacks, pretzels, chips, icees, pepsi, chicken tenders, ect. I would definitely buy the meal deals, they really do save you some moolah Toddler area- there is a toddler area with a max height, is issue is its right next to the long lines for the sky rides and there are multiple exits for kids, so if you have more than one toddler you would need a 2nd set of hands. With the long lines it gets kinda crazy in that area. I hope that can make it better in that area so the toddlers wont be crowded Ropes course- the ropes course was really fun, it’s a great work out and there are a lot of obstacles on it. my arms are sore today from the ropes course. Its fun to watch everyone below you. But again it will take awhile to get to it because of the harness area. Sky ride…very short ride. I wish they made it longer than 20 seconds. Its not worth the wait and amount of time. With how tall the building is you could make it bigger
You can sign a waiver online or in person. Its much easier on your phone, but they do have computers there You cant sign up for a membership there you HAVE to do it online. You cant do a month to month membership, it is a 12 month commitment They need more staff for the harness area as well as staff telling people how many times they can ride the sky attractions before they have to get back in line The sky attractions need...

I was excited to try this place, we arrived 10 minutes after they opened on a weekday (thursday), the majority of the staff are unkind and/or obviously don't want to be there. After waiting in line we were told we could only purchase family packages online so we had to exit the line and I continued to purchase two family packages as it was more convenient to do that than to purchase separate wrist bands, the total was well over $400 but included with each package there was 1 pizza and 5 drinks plus 5 pairs of socks which seemed fair, but when I got to the front desk again the same girl that told me to be purchase the family packages told me I had to purchase the socks apart so I did, 10pairs of socks. And I was told by the front desk attendant that I'd have to purchase my pizza and drinks from the cafe. I thought it was included so I just brushed it off and tried to hurry since it's now after 5pm and all we've done is wait in line and fill out registration forms online for the family packages (not the waivers those were done ahead of time) immediately we form a line for the go karts waited another 45 minutes they were fun at least. Next we let the kids jump for about 10-15 minutes while the older kids formed a line for the ropes course. THEY WERE IN THAT LINE FOR AN HOUR! there was only about 4-5 people in front of them but the employee that was in charge of harnessing the clients was moving slower than molasses in winter and it felt like she was doing it on purpose. When asked if the group of (4) could go on the course together she responded "I guess. But it's gonna take me forever to harness you all" and rolled her eyes.... Seriously? At this point the kids are hungry the adults are hungry so I head over to the Cafe. It's about 6:45-7pm I get to the front and let them know I purchased two of the family packages and if any food was included they let me know that yes a free pizza and drinks are provided with each package (which is what I originally thought but the lady at the front desk told me it'd be a purchase but whatever mistakes happen) so 30ish minutes later they call us up and and they only have 1 pizza and 5 drinks and I asked about the rest and the guy proceeded to say Its only one per package as if we didn't just discuss I had purchased TWO packages. Easy enough he said he misunderstood no biggie he'd get the other pizza out to us and drinks. Well mind you while I was waiting for the pizza the kids and other adults were able to ride the twister bumper car things a time or two and the other kids jumped on the open trampolines. In this moment I decided to go over my purchase online to see the fine print. And sure enough it did include the socks and I had purchased 10 extra pairs for no reason. Now I'm frustrated and make my way to the front desk to ask for a refund and her response (same girl mind you) was "well what do you want, do you just want your extra socks or whatever" like you didn't just double sell me socks and try have me purchase food that was already included in the package. My second pizza didn't come out until AFTER they closed and they were trying to kick us out before we even got it handed to us... All in all the adults got to use 3 of the attractions and the kids as well, the VR was closed, the zip line was closed and the go-karts closed down at 7:15 pm. Over $400 spent for three attractions and a headache. I might've been more understanding had it actually been busy but there really wasn't very many people there for it to be this chaotic and mismanaged. Won't be back anytime soon, or ever maybe which sucks cause this place had so...
Read moreWe just had my sons 13th birthday here. It was also our 1st time so we didn't really know what to expect. The majority of reviews were good and we wanted an indoor mini "amusement park" that would be fun for older kids.
Let me start off by saying, yes, its a bit expensive. We got the Platinum birthday package which included all the rides/ activities, our own table for 2 hours, a party planner (he was very nice and helpful. Mainly he just made sure to get us what we needed), bottles of water, plates/ cups/ utensils, a t shirt, sticker, 1 goodie bag, scratchers for everyone in the party (you can win a free slushy, Urban Air bracelet, free pass, etc), socks, and the ability to bring in our own dessert. This last part was important as some in our party were vegan or gluten intolerant and we needed to bring a couple different dessert options and snacks.
Our party helper met us right when we walked in. Unfortunately, their computer system was glitchy so it took 30 minutes to "fix" the problem. Our helper was very kind and tried to help in anyway he could. They arent trained to troubleshoot/ fix the system which would've helped. Honestly, they just need to upgrade their check in system as we weren't the only one's dealing with this issue.
We also found out the bumper cars were out of commission as well as the VR- 2 of the attractions we chose to get the platinum package for. We were told the bumper cars were "sparking" so Id say that was a good call.
There is a lot to do here and its not just for the kids. My husband and I got the parent-1/2- off passes and had a lot of fun. The rope course with zip line was great. We brought our 9 and 11 year old and they loved it. The ballpit obstacle course, many trampolines, climbing walls and go karts were a hit as well. They were bummed that they couldn't go on the bumper cars or use the VR but there were so many other things to do that it wasn't an issue.
Yes, the lines for the go karts and rope course/ zip line were kinda long. We ended up staying an extra hour and a half due to the (about) 20+ minutes spent in line for each "major" ride. We went on a Sunday in the later afternoon so it was pretty busy, but it didn't feel overly packed. I'd suggest allocating time to wait in line. We thought we'd go for a few hours but we ended up staying for 4.5 so everyone could get through the lines and ride/ participate in what they wanted to.
The place was clean, the staff were generally nice and there were so many fun things to do. The only cons we encountered were two of the major attractions being down, the glitchy check in system and the wait times (though thats pretty normal and not that big of a deal). As I mentioned, it wasnt cheap (when we paid, there was also a mandatory tip added in that wasn't mentioned when we signed up), so I would consider having all the rides functioning and updating their check in process. Other than that, we had a great time and would totally go back. It doesn't hurt that parents can also enjoy the rides (we loved the zip line).
This place is better for kids 8 or 9 plus.If you're looking for a trampoline park for smaller children, I would...
