Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Vancouver

Crappy food, crappy service...they NEVER get even a basic order right! And, what's even worse is, when you call in to complain that your order wasn't even close to being right, whoever you speak to on the phone will assure you that not only will they make it right but that they're going to throw a free Oreo milkshake in for my trouble. Okay, fine, whatever, sounds good. A week later, when my husband actually did try and go in to have his breakfast order made correctly and get the food order that he actually paid for and was promised to have made right, he was informed that they didn't know anything about it, no one wrote his name down anywhere so they didn't have any "proof" that his "story" was true, and that they would need to see the original receipt before he could have his food made right for him! He came home fuming, obviously, and when I called in to tear someone a new one and DEMAND that our order be corrected, the phone rang about 30 or 40 times, and no one ever picked up the phone. Wow. Greeeaaaaat customer service you guys. Very pathetic-now I'm on a mission to get either my food or my money back immediately and NEVER frequent their pathetic establishment ever again! Now it's personal....they can't keep treating customers poorly and expect folks not to get very upset. Maybe they need new management...

Amazing food and the shakes are to D** for! Always, speedy fast service, but never skimping on the "YUM" factor to their everyday "must haves" to their seasonal specials. In my opinion, their best feature is the 24 hours a day. Cuz I'm the person who gets those 2 am "craving adventures" that if I can't go and get my sweet tooth curbed then I usually get super emotional, so it's such a plus they're open 24 hours. I feel like a few more places could benefit from being open 24 hours...but hey, I'm no business owner 😜 . Thanks to the wonderful ladies who made me and my girls' boba and biscoff shake tonight! I'll be back tomorrow same time but I need 4 Biscoff shakes so I can put some in the freezer for when u guys end the eggnog Biscoff promo. It's my "have to get one every day while it's in season" like most people's morning coffee...since I don't partake in the coffee kool-aid, I feel like this is an acceptable...

The manger there at the JACK IN THE BOX ON FOUTH PLAIN ACROST THE STREET FROM WENDYS SHOULD BE FIRED OR LOSE HER POSITION OF BEING MANGER... VERY POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RUDE AND NOT ABLE TO LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER WAS TRYING TO COMMUNICATE SHE WAS UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME HER NAME WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND HER BOSSES NAME SHE TOTALLY IGNORED ME VERY IMPATIENT AND LOUD AND RUDE DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE...EVEN THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND ME WERE ON KY SIDE WATCH THE VIDEO THIS HAPPEN TODAY JUST ALMOST 20 OR 30 MINS AGO. SHE WOULDNT SELL ME A CUP OF WATER OR LET ME USE THE RESTROOM IM A PAYING CUSTOMER AND SHE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS FOR WHAT?? TRYING TO BUY A CUP OF WATER CUZ IM THURSTY....
