Vandalia Art Park — Attraction in Vandalia

This park is a great spot for community events, featuring a small amphitheater area, walking paths, and some restrooms. Personally I don't really care about the "art" part of the Art Park, but I'm sure some do.

Only 2 negative things I would say about the park:

for some reason the restrooms are rarely open or unlocked when it seems like they should be. As the parent of 3 small kids, I find it frustrating when we think we have easy bathroom access but they're locked.

this park would be a great spot for picnics if they had some sort of covered Pavilion, or even a large picnic shelter. I hope they add something like this...
