Went to buy some big reds, Amarones, Big Cabs etc... i stood around, no one helped me and when I finally asked for assistance, the guy dressed in a suit was extremely rude and non attentive. He was preoccupied with other stuff and did not put the customer first. Terrible customer service and lack of caring. Wine selections are ok, nothing amazing, pretty much all show with nice displays displaying way over priced, underwhelming selections. the Selections is craft small batch bourbons was a joke. Plenty of parking because the place is empty due to over priced merch. Cheese selection is very, very pedestrian and the meats are garbage. This store has an amazing selection of craft beers and are constantly getting in new breweries and flavors weekly! The beer cave is awesome. We love to sit in the wine room at the hightops, trying new beers and having snacks from their market. It's a great, casual place. After reading Michael's review, I want to state that there are only a handful of parking spots in front of the store, which are typically full and the parking is tight (but you are able to park farther down and in front of the other businesses.) The customer service is great, the wine selection is huge and they have a wine specialist on site to assist you.
