LIARS!!!!! After increasing my rate by 50%, I contacted Xfinity by chat (only option). I was told twice by "chat agents" that Xfinity would price match Frontier. See attached photo. Then my next bill arrives a month later. SAME OLD RATE! Xfinity will lie to keep you. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person. I went down to their store. 1.5 hour wait to "discuss" my bill. NOPE! BYE XFINITY!!!!!

I had this old Wi-Fi router with a yellow cord it kept going out so I'd call and they would say nothing's wrong it should be on my side I was the Auto tech and I know wires go bad finally I bumped into a good technician in there and he figured that they couldn't get me one like I had but they had the new updated ones now I'm happy make sure you get to the right person

Over $200 a month for cable and internet and you can get choppy freeze frame pixilated cable tv! Repeatedly called into customer service boxes changed out and still this is the product you’re stuck with. This is a crime! Just taking hard earn money and giving the poorest Quality service. Horrible product so disappointed! Zero stars.

Comcast Venice new location and make-up "office" is and/or pretend be a copy cat of these 'Apple's stores, with the difference of apple's store accomplish their mission their customers are 100% satisfied. Comcast Venice facility 1st., a main problem is the staff, unprofessional, rude, grotesque attitude, that they approach you with a determination already to not listen your bill scam complain (when you enter the store you must be register at front and said why you're there), they are the ones yelling and offer to you that "bring our box and we'll billing you for the rest of the 24 month agreement". Until June 2016, Comcast was big time better than Verizon about bill charges transparency, hides charges, honor the monthly amount of the agreement, etc. etc. Then Comcast have been engage in a old practices that other providers, make the bill higher and when you call they said it is taxes that they can not have any control on, or customer services over sea, in Congo or La Patagonia or Mars, aliens that barely you can understand their strong accent when trying to speak English. A few month ago a new charge of $5.00 on the bill (previous was $7.00, this charge according with the customer service agent by phone, allow us to watch TV??), I called to complain on the new scam, rip-off $5.00 bill increase. The customer services agent explanation was that with that $5.00 new charged, we was able to watch a lot of more sports channels, then before we was no able to watch, because Comcast did not owes all the new Sports channels, Comcast "RENT" a bunch of these channels, that way we can watch 300 or 500 more channels. It is unacceptable, Comcast can rent-buy what ever they want, but, not to increase the bill to us, the consumers that already have been sign an agreement with a closed price on and, the government, Local, State and at the higher level should be work on the issues to make sure these services providers CANNOT assault our saving account, our wallets. The two (2) years agreement when one part and, always "that part is us, the consumers" broke the agreement, we, the consumer be penalized, and, what about the other part? the provider?, they should be penalized too and reimburse us all or partial of the monthly amount that we already been paid to them and, not allow them to harass us, neither take big chunk of monies for the services they do not provide yet or threat us to destroy do damage on our credit score. IT MUST BE ILEGAL, THAN IN THE UNITED STATED OF AMERICA THESE BIG CORPORATIONS ARE ALLOW BY GOV. REGULATIONS, TO SCAM, TO RIP- OFF US AS CONSUMERS, it is exactly like happen on the 3rd world countries. We are in a point that we do not care anymore about be threat to report to credit score agencies. If something good in favor of consumers not happen, well we will terminate that "Horrible Comcast Agreement", by the way when the signal is poor, weak or not signal at all, they do not credit...

This is honestly the worst experience I've had with any store ever. Xfinity the company is one star. My family has a vacation home nearby, and we decided to upgrade our cable, and get internet. We went and got our equipment at this store, and a week later we came back. After countless tries of attempting to setup our equipment, it would not work. Forget calling Xfinity. It will transfer you to a robo-operator that is completely useless. It's almost impossible to connect to a human. We ended up getting connected to a person via Xfinity chat on their website... three times. The first time the person gave us a number for direct access to an Xfinity employee. We were on a call for a half our, and they were not able to fix it. Luckily, the person on the chat said they would send someone to our house the next day... and that's as far as we got regarding him. The person never came. We ended up going on another chat with someone. This person was completely useless besides the fact that they gave us another number to call for help. We called it, and they connected us to someone across the entire planet where we could not even hear them. We called the number twice after that, finally getting to someone that we could understand. Again, no help. They got us another guy to come help though, who also did not come. The third chat, the person said the person that "came" left a note saying that no one was home. We were there waiting for the person to come both the days. This was not true at all whatsoever. The very next day we went to the store to talk to someone that could hopefully actually help us. About 97% of the customers in they store seemed upset about something. Someone did help, and was very nice. He said he dealt with things like this all the time, which honestly concerned me about the health of this company. Then when he checked the account, he saw that no one was ever sent to our home. He also saw that no one had left a note. This means we were lied to by the chat employee. We ended up getting some equipment that worked, and got the cable box to work... for now. The router did not work, and we called many people again. These people were, of course, absolutely no help. We just forgot about it, and returned the old equipment, and router that did not work. We're were at least happy that we could watch something on our new cable box though. We turn it on, and it says, "something went wrong."

...

Great...

I visited the X-Camp recently. On the outside of the store there was a gestapo check point, taking down information and scheduling times to enter the indoctrination rooms. Huddled together on (and around) two standard 'Park Bench' style seats, unmasked in a revolving group of ten plus people, we awaited our turn to enter the chambers.

Our name was called to go inside, finally we made our way to the front door. We could see the inside, there was a blueish glow radiating from the door every time it was opened. "You must wear a mask and social distance!", says the masked soldier in the company uniform. The covidians demand there are no exceptions! You must wear thine mask! I had to show paperwork, or I would be escorted out! You must sit at a numbered bench separated from other people, no talking!!! Shame on the maskless man!

After a quarantine period, you can have the opportunity to speak with another masked uniformed student of the masses. Keeping in mind you must stay 6ft away from someone wearing a mask and behind plexi glass, any violation of these rules was clearly explained, to result in removal from the opportunity to conduct business.

Upon agreement to purchase products and switch cellular services, things got different. Apparently VISA can combat COVID! I was invited in the red zone, I got so close I could high five the employee soldier type person, but I opted not to. Instead I swiped my card, but alas, I had to enter a pin for my account, I was invited behind the plexi glass to enter the COVID resistant numerical combination.

The exit was nice, together me and the X-Comcast-aways were able to keep everyone safe and avoid the spread of the worlds most deadly disease. All by taking unecessasary steps that have been proven ineffective, against state authorities recommendation, in violation of personal medical information, and by showing clear political bias in decision making. I would have rated five stars if I wanted a historical reenactment of some people considered non-compliant in 1943 doing business with Kodak or Volkswagen. Sadly I just wanted...
