My search for an engagement ring began at the Jared down the street from Lustig Jewelers. It was a very negative experience. I felt like their staff barely listened to me or what I wanted out of the ring and gave me a selection of just a few generic ones to choose from. There was a lot of pressure to buy right away and not even attempt to let me shop around. When I left I decided to try Lustig instead and my experience was completely different. Their business feels far less corporate and gives off more of the sense of a family owned business. I was lucky enough to speak to the president of the company himself, Dan Lustig. He took the time to ask me about my fiance, how we met, and what her preferences for jewelry were before recommending me some different rings. I never felt rushed and had the time to look through a number of different styles. When the rings in the store came close but weren't exactly what I was hoping for, Dan even brought out a book of the different styles of bands they had and let me look though it. I found two different ones that I couldn't decide between and he was nice enough to order both so I could see them in person. A week and a half later I came back in and compared the two and fell in love with my final choice. Thanks to the staff at Lustig Jewelers I found a ring that was unique, beautiful, and perfectly matched my fiance's tastes; all at a price lower than what Jared wanted for their more generic selection. My fiance got so many compliments about her ring and it has solidified my feeling that I made the right choice going to Lustig and I highly recommend that anyone else shopping for an engagement...

I went to many jewelry stores looking for an engagement ring and Danny at Lustig Jewelers made me feel instantly at home. It was a no brainer that Lustig Jewelers was the shop that was going to earn my business. There was so many rings to choose from and Danny spent a long time explaining and comparing a ton of rings until i found one that I really liked. I felt instantly trusted and was able to compare multiple rings at the same time to narrow the selection down. Most other Jewelers I went to would only show me one ring at a time where it was impossible to compare. After I finally picked the setting, Danny was able to work with me even further to customise the setting to be exactly what I envisioned and made to fit the larger center diamond that I picked out. I am grateful to have been assisted by Jill, a very experienced salesperson. Although I brought in a picture of what I liked, Jill spent over an hour with me looking at catalogs to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision on the design. Once we decided on the design the incredibly talented Jewelry Craftsman, Roman, stepped in to provide more details on the proposed design. He created a 3D rendering of my ring so I was able to see exactly what it would look like. When I went to pick it up I was beyond thrilled!
