The Heritage Center — Attraction in Vero Beach

As an event organizer who is always looking for venues, I came across The Heritage Center and found it very charming and accommodating. After further research, I learned that you host groups such as Moms for Liberty which perpetuate and promote so much hate in our community as well as stifle our educators from doing a job that they put their hearts & souls into doing with care & compassion for all of their students. Jennifer Pippin, who I believe is the organizer of this event, and the group Mom’s for Liberty, has knowingly directly & personally hurt & attacked so many teachers, lovely parents, and even children for their own personal needs. Their methods and lack of professionalism and concern for others are shockingly shameless and frankly extremely harmful to kids. I could never patronize and financially support a company/organization that facilitates the activities of Mom’s for Liberty, who continuously exploits our kids for their own needs of personal very skewed sense of glory and attention. Such a stain on this facility. Word-of-mouth is spreading quickly, and people are paying attention. I know I share my disappointment with many people. It seems the negative effects of your choice is already showing signs of affecting your revenue. I would love to be able to give you the benefit of the doubt of not knowing who you’re doing business with. Please reconsider and do what’s right for your organization and our community. The onslaught of good reviews here are Moms For Liberty supporters being asked to review after community pushback

When I discovered this venue was hosting an event for Moms For Liberty - named an extremist hate group by the SPLC, I immediately reached out to them discouraging them. They never responded to my or countless other concerned citizens, and even deleted respectful comments questioning this decision on social media, and blocked me. This lack of response after being given information on this group, and silencing of questions, leads me to believe they must also support the bigotry and mission of this hate group. At the very least they are highly unprofessional. If you are a member of any marginalized community, or a teacher, librarian, or someone who loves anyone who is - I urge you to look for a venue where you can be assured you will be safe from the kind of discrimination MFL promotes, and that aligns with your compassionate values. MFL has caused great harm to many people I love with their hateful agenda. I will never support anyone who can turn a blind eye to the harm they are doing merely for financial gain.
