Verona Senior Center — Attraction in Verona

The seniors I come into contact with are friendly and seem to have fun but most complain about how unfairly they are treated and feel like they are being pushed out. Several have commented about being put into a smaller room for their group when nothing is going on in the big room. Others have commented about poor lighting. When the food pantry donates food a lot is put in a freezer instead of letting people take it home or are told to take only one item. I have only been here for two completely different reasons. The first was for a couple pancake breakfasts, of which I volunteered at, with the fire and police departments. The other reason I have been here is because when I was in high school, I was part of a company called Fair Verona Area Shakespeare Company, and we had our rehearsals there occasionally.
