Candeeland Victorville — Attraction in Victorville

First, I’d like to say that I’ve been waiting for this place to open for quite some time. However, today when I came in to check it out and asked Alex, can I come in to see what it’s like and the machines (are similar to a place near Ontario with a vending machines for toys) for my children, also if it was age-appropriate for my children, he told me no, that I couldn’t. No reason or anything else. Though I can say he just let a Caucasian woman walk right in to do the same thing. After not being let in, I went to the glass window and ask Danielle if she’d be able to give me a little more information from the Window and she asked me why did not come in? looking confused, and told me that I could. The time is 12:20, and it really is not crowded, nor rush-hour, nor many people at this time. So Im just really confused to why I couldn’t come in? Check the place out? Seems pretty funny to me, like he doesnt want my business or something? I really don’t know because I’m standing at the window looking like a caged dog, to an establishment I waited dang near two years to open. Blah, here we go...

Words can't express how amazing this place is, there is something for every child. It's completely affordable! Very appreciative for sensory activities for my child as well. That's not even the best part besides how clean they keep it, and how amazing it is to have something for our children that's safe for them up here. The best part was the staff and the owner!! They're experts at customer service, and making you feel completely welcomed and safe. You can tell the kindness they have for everyone to have an great time making memories for the kids. I've never had such a wonderful time at an establishment up here. Like I mentioned words can't explain how amazing this place and the staff are!! You're truly missing out if you don't take your child here to have a blast...

Today was our first time to Candeeland Victorville. We had such a blast! The facility was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful, the playgrounds were clean & safe. I really enjoyed the fact we can play with our kids. We will be back!

after posting my review, there was another adult in there (customer, not employee) that felt it was okay to put her hands on my 2 year old cause she didn't want people close to her. We told an employee and she immediately no questions asked got her manager for us. They were very kind about it and I really hope that lady got the boot cause she was a jerk. But I wanted to add that the employees were great about addressing it immediately for us and a quick response with the manager on duty....
