We eat here very often, we have NEVER experienced such horrible service. We came in for my nieces birthday. There was 7 of us. We were sat before a bigger party and another table of 3.. it took our waitress 30 MINUTES to bring us our sodas! The bigger party that came after us got there appetizers before we got our drinks! An hour and a half later We still havenāt gotten our food yet! But the big party got theirs! Finally, our food came out one plate at a time. Literally, all of us got our food at different times so half of the table was already done eating before some got their dinner! I went and spoke to someone at the front reception desk and older woman with short hair. And told her I wanted to speak to a manager, she followed me and asked me what was wrong. I informed her of everything going on. She said OK and then walked away. I assumed she was going to go get a supervisor no one ever came.. We were extremely angry. We didnāt even get any drink refills. We didnāt get breadsticks or salad until 40 minutes after we sat down. Our drinks took 30 minutes. Our food when we finally got the very last plate it was two hours after we sat. It was not busy tonight! How is it that we were sat before the bigger party and the party of three and we were completely ignored. I wanna know why the supervisor never came over to us after we informed them of what was going on! 30 minutes for some soda is absolutely ridiculous. My 12 year-old nephews mouth was burning from the pepper in the salad he ate And he had no drink Because she never came back and did any refills for us. My brother-in-law asked for ground pepper because it wasnt on the table for his soup She didnāt bring it until he was already done with his soup. It was just a very horrible visit, so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointing and appalled, so place a $111 order for pickup for a birthday and upon getting home missing an entire meal the Tour of Italy. So figure no big deal call them up figuring my food should be there sitting there because itās not in the bagā¦. Well you would think. But according to Annabelle the manager, at least she presented herself to be the manager but didnāt act like it by any means, was told that they were closed and the best she could do was a gift card. We literally live 10 minutes from the restaurant and offered to come back and pickup the meal which should still be sitting there since again not in the bag but she said they were closed and that couldnāt happen. Which an employee now took my paid for meal home for free and everyone is eating except me.
Best believe this isnāt over Iām going to be getting my meal refunded all $111 and prolly will never step foot in this place again. And Annabelle couldāve solved this in the easiest of ways but couldnāt facilitate an resolution 15 minutes after closing. Which I could understand if I caught them an hour after or something but literally cleanup is still in progress 15 minutes after closing and my meal wouldāve and shouldāve still been sitting there and couldāve simply been left at the front desk and wouldāve been picked up in 10 minutes.
So now you guys have a serious issue on your hands which couldāve simply been solved by your so called manager Annabelle. Which now has escalated the situation so you will be hearing more about this.
Update: Shout to the Carls Jr on Bear Valley and Mariposa received better customer service from a fast food joint who donāt even make tips for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stopped here on our way back from Nevada to Los Angeles. (Hungry kids on a long roadtrip? Pick a restaurant they are familiar with and like.) The restaurant is only offering takeout or delivery right now so we ordered takeout. You just order online, they send you a confirmation with parking instructions, and you click on a link when you arrive to let them know which parking spot to deliver the food to. It has been one of the most efficient restaurant pick ups we have experienced during COVID.
Portion sizes were pretty good, utensils were provided, and they remembered the chocolate mints too. They also provided plenty of complimentary breadsticks, just like if you were dining in, so don't fall for the website's "don't you want to add breadsticks to your order?" message when you start to check out online.
We needed to use the restroom both when we arrived to pick up the food and after we ate in our car and the restaurant was kind enough to let us use their facilities-- we just had to follow COVID protocol (masks, sanitize hands, one person at time). They took precautions seriously-- squeezing the hand sanitizing spray out for us, ensuring only they opened or closed the restaurant's main doors with their gloved hands, only certain staff manning the door vs handling the delivery of food to cars vs packaging the food-- all while wearing masks properly and securely. Overall, a very positive COVID dining experience.
Forgot to mention: if you have young children, this location has a Step 'n Wash in their bathrooms, which makes handwashing for the lite ones...
