Our GREETER/HOSTESS....VERY PLEASANT. GAVE A 4☆ instead of a 3☆ solely on the Server & how Polite, Kind, Concerned, Checked up on us making sure our Dining experience was the best from the things she could control. OUR SERVER WAS POLITE, GREETED US IN A VERY HAPPY FRIENDLY PLEASANT MOOD... STARTED OUR ORDER TAKING OFF GREAT.... But... -ORDERED 2 SPECIAL MANGO?? DRINKS CAME OUT LONGER THAN EXPECTED & WERE COMPLETELY MADE PRIMARILY WITH ICE. DID NOT LIKE HOW IT WAS MADE OR TASTED...*( SERVER DID OFFER TO HAVE THEM REMADE BUT I TOLD HER NO...MY MOM DIDNT WANT TO RETURN THEM... SERVER EVEN ASKED IF SHE COULD TRY TO TAKE IT OFF THE BILL SINCE I DIDN'T DRINK IT... I TOLD HER DONT WORRY ABOUT IT... IM JUST ASKING IF THAT'S HOW THE DRINK TASTE & IS MADE ...CAUSE FOR ME( IT WAS AN ICY ...A CUP OF BLENDED ICE)... I KNOW NOT TO ORDER THAT DRINK AGAIN. SO THE SERVER DID TRY TO FIX IT WHICH WE DID APPRECIATE...my choice to Not have them done) -MOM ORDERED CHICKEN BBQ WHISKEY Burger(BUT CHICKEN INSTEAD OF BEEF...or she would have also said MEDIUM WELL for her Burger as well as I Had...) BUT RECEIVED BEEF THAT WAS MEDIUM COOKED... HAD PINK STILL...SO MUCH MY MOM COULDNT EAT THE REST. -Looking at my plate I was PLEASED by how it came out, FRIES cooked well even my 2nd set were HOT & TASTY. -🎉🎶😊 HIGHLIGHT WAS OUR SERVER & 2 OTHERS CAME OVER TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY🎂 TO MY MOM🍨🎶🎉....that MEANT So Much to her as our Day was LONG sitting in the HEAT 4-5 HRS. We needed some change of scenery that had polite pleasant surroundings. -Overall SERVICE THROUGHOUT 100%, FOOD & DRINKS (EVEN THE WATER HAD A WIERD TASTE TO IT..) SO SO... ALL I HAD WERE THE FRIES & WATER, A SIP OR TRIED TO SIP BUT ALL I GOT WAS ICE FROM THAT MANGO DRINK. My Mom wanted all Day to go there for her Birthday... received the wrong food item...onion rings were amazing she said, the drink same for her couldnt get anything more than ice. The Birthday Sundae wasnt expected BUT MUCH APPRECIATED & made her night.... Unfortunately the Food made my mom extremely sick and I had to check on her throughout the night. Love this place. My family and I usually Don't eat out as we hate fast food, and we mainly go to restaurants rarely. But when we want a good burger, and amazing service we go both to IN-N-OUT or Red Robin's and usually RED ROBINS wins on what we choose.

Whether it's dining within the restaurant or take out, it's always quality and I absolutely love ordering:

Smoke & Pepper + Sunside Up Egg with Campfire Sauce & BBQ Sauce on the side

Only thing I do think is something that needs improvement is the amount of fries. I always end up ordering extra fries since I feel like the amount given isn't enough (could just be me though).

The workers absolutely work their butt's off and do an amazing job getting orders done whether it's the cooking, or the waiters, they all work swiftly and efficiently. It's honestly awesome how diligent their employees work, if you ask for swift serving (not in the sense of rushing but more so Get-In - Order - Pay - leave) these workers do a fantastic job of doing that. I always leave a 10-20% Tip because they deserve it.

The esthetic and atmosphere of the place is fantastic, I especially love the upside-down paintings, they look so awesome, I really want that Godzilla one they have cause it looks sooooo cool.

Also the designs on the wall with the multicolored lighted up YUMMM letters is awesome, and I especially love the American Flag made of Baseball, not cause of some weird USA USA USA nationalism type thing, more because it's impressive how they were able to make. The esthetic of this place is fantastic.

Also wanted to recommend them bringing back the Chocolate fritters (those chocolate sticks) those were awesome.

Our waiter was good, I’m disappointed however because they had someone helping him the guy was rushing handing us our food instead of giving me my veggie burger he gave me a cow burger (meat) I took two bites n knew something was wrong I haven’t eaten meat in years and that made me nauseous. As opposed to the manager giving us a credit which I felt was deserving at least for that meal he gave a 10%discount. Some may say well at least he gave me that, but those that are vegetarians know the heartache n stomach ache this mistake can lead to. I just hope in the future they will slow down in handing out the food and pay attention. Other than that, the vibe was good, it’s a family-oriented spot for those w kids you’ll love it because it’s not quiet, lol so your kids can relax and enjoy themselves. UPDATE: 5-9-2023

This was truly a disappointing experience, I ordered via Uber Eats, and the box felt almost empty that's how thin the slices of pizza were, the spinach was burnt not tan, I mean black burnt. I couldn't even eat it I bought pretzel bites they were cold alongside w the pizza being cold. I'm annoyed because for 2 items a small pizza n pretzel bites it was almost 40$ and to receive cold food, is not ok, the seasoning was not good, and I didn't even notice the pizza sauce. I honestly can't think of one positive thing about this! I hope they begin to value their customers and put better effort i'm improving the quality if there food, I hope management reevaluates the effort their employees put into cooking or shall I say the...
