Michaels — Attraction in Victorville

I received unprofessional and extremely rude customer service from a cashier named Misty at checkout. I asked about a discount for military service and presented my I.D. and was told to sign up online to recieve a discount. Because the register was open I then asked the cashier Misty to except the exact change that I found in my wallet for my purchase. She said that the store policy is that once the register is open, that she is unable to except the exact change from the transaction. She seemed very irritated, rolled her eyes and sighed when i asked for a manager for clarification on the military discount and verification of the transaction policy that she claimed. She told me to hold on but failed to ask for a manager. She then took two more customers and still had not called for a manager. I then asked another associate and the manager came to me in a professional manner and told me to file a complaint though the michaels website. As I was leaving the cashier Misty then started smirking at me and waiving though the window in a mocking manner trying to antagonize me. If I could give zero stars I would in customer service. This is the second time I've been to the store to get the my big idea planner and they're never on the sleeve. First time I asked the cashier if they had any more but she had no idea what I was talking about. A month later I came back to see if they had any more but nothing. So I thought I was looking in the wrong aisle and decided that I need help looking for them. When I came across a worker she was too busy to help me and just waved her finger around and just said "that they're over there somewhere or over there." Pretty much indicated that I needed to walk around the whole store to look for the planner myself. So I walk down a couple more aisles but I had to leave because my daughter was too fussy.
