Extremely rude service. The copy and print Manager Lindsay treated our family as though we were not very important. We came in for a simple recoiling job on a planner. It took forever just to get service and when we came to pick up the product Lindsay was rude and inconsiderate. She let a customer cut in front of us and when we called her on it she turned around handed us the planner and told us to leave in a very rude tone. When we looked at the product (the planner) it had been done in a hurry and was completely ruined. When I returned into the store to complain about the product and how we were treated she continued to be rude and told me to leave and have a nice day in a sarcastic tone. This was uncalled for and displayed the worest customer service. I normally do not complain but this cannot be excused. This was rude and disrespectful to customers who spend money in this store which we will not be spending...

This Staples was great! I’m a Senior and making copies is hard for me, much less anything else. Nicki was the associate that helped me and she is a jewel!! I was nervous because I needed help from beginning to end and she saw me through. I got the copies I needed, and she never showed any impatience whatsoever. God bless you Nicki. This is an update. I had to get more copies and once again, Staples has a great crew. Morgen helped me and she was great! Courteous and sweet! She was so patient because I needed help with everything. I just can’t get the hang of making copies. God bless you young people. I have to mention Natalie as well. She asked me if I needed help while I was waiting. She said she wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Now that is awesome customer service. Believe me you don’t get this everywhere. I was in the store on March 7th before closing and needed something printed. Your self use printers were not working with USBs so the girl working behind the counter in the printing area was very nice, and stopped what she was doing to help me really fast even though she was working alone. 5 stars for her. I returned today, March 8, around noon, and the two girls working behind the counter did not want to help me with my small printing job. Even though we told them the printers were not accepting my USB. For such a small job she claimed I had to wait 24 hours! She referred me instead to your ridiculously expensive PCs where I could print instead. I feel like I got ripped off! For 14$ I got garbage looking prints that were not sized correctly. It took 1 girl working alone to help me last night and today, two of your employees had absolutely no time. I won't be...
