My name is Jessica I ordered something off the Internet because they didn’t have it in store so I got a gift card from JCPenney they said they only have eight left so I ordered it they said it will be here by June 2 and now it is June 13 I felt like they totally scammed me I made for five phone calls to JCPenney customer service and they did not help me at all😭😭😭😭😭😡😡😡 I asked him where is my order it said it’ll be here by June 2 they said that they’re just gonna cash me in a check the check never came …….☹️☹️☹️😣 I am very upset with the customer service and low quality with the employees that they have they all have attitudes and are very terrible and I never even got my package and I paid for it so I feel like I wasted money for free but thank the Lord I called up the store to my local JCPenney 🥰🥰🥰🥰💜💜💜👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 And I talked to the main Manager faten!!!!! She was awesome she understood where I was coming from and she got very upset with the customer service that JCPenney customer service provided for me she took over somebody else’s problem!!!!!! An she took care of the problem but she made me not look down at JCPenney someone should raise her paycheck FATEN THANK U This review goes towards you and Monique !!!!! I went into JC Penney to purchase some cologne. Upon arriving I saw Men Levi’s buy one get the 2nd half off. Being that it’s the holiday at 10am when doors first open I hoped to shop a clean area. Nope that wasn’t the case. Jeans were all over the place. I did fold a few because I was looking for a particular size. I didn’t find what I wanted so I got an alternate. There were a stack of green Levi’s on the same table as the men jeans so I grabbed a pair of those then headed to the beauty section to get the cologne. I was able to check out there so I did. I didn’t look at my receipt, yes my fault. I just paid. When I returned home and looked at my receipt I noticed I didn’t receive the 50 percent off the jeans. I went back to JC Penney after looking up the items online to make sure I wasn’t tripping (which I found the same jeans almost 50% off 1 pair). I told the associate that I didn’t get the 50% off the 2nd pair of jeans. She said it was because one pair was women and the other was men. I told her that those jeans were both in the men department and it was a huge stack of them. She just looked at me like I was stupid so I just returned them. It’s not my fault that an employee didn’t put the jeans where there belong. I can see if it was just one pair but multiple is ridiculous. I guess my JC Penney shopping...

Staff is friendly thats not an issue. I did had to experiences this past month that i did not like.I think theres some stuff that some staff members need training and or jc penney needs to make clear. I try returned a shirt that i had just bought and they credit back to my credit card less than I paid for, now it was alsoy mistake for not checking my receipt. Second i try to exchange some pant that my wife received as a gift for Christmas i did not had a receipt and they could not find them they jot a manager involved and she once againg was trying to return less then the original price,whe we were triying to get the same pants just diferent size. We even call the original person that bought them and got the orinal cr3dit ca4d number that.it was purchase under and that even then she could find it and to make matters worse they were making a bigg issue because i did not had a California license because apparently they could.not scann it if i was to do that at my job it would have been a writte up for making the customer jump trought hopps to get what they...
