Tokyo Steak — Restaurant in Victorville

Me and my lovey fiance were in the mood to try sushi for the first time and thought this place would be a good choice, oh boy it wasn't and let me tell you the service isn't good. We arrived here at 7:30pm and it took quite some time to be seated as expected. When we we're finally seated they came back and forth multiple times to seat us a total of 3 different times and at that point it's already 8pm at night. They also moved another customer so we can take there spot! Then recommend for the final time that we should move to the sushi area even though we hadn't made up our minds. According to them they close at 8pm when they're actually Open until 9pm but they were also telling willing customers that they were infact closing as they were still cooking and accepting certain people. We ordered the soft shell crab and had been waiting for it for about 15 minutes when they informed us they had ran out. The waitress recommended we should selected either the sushi or rolls they have already prepared at a counter that had been sitting there and not made fresh like we wanted. They constantly complained about how we are only ordering to be cheap and why did they take us as a select few remaining customers when the restraunt was only half full. I recommend going to benhanas even though Ive personally have never been there but my friends have given me exceptional reviews about it and I'd personally say it's better than this place due to there menu being completely different...

Okay guys this is the real Shake on this place it has gone downhill it is horrible the service the people even the owner himself here's.

My story we go like this we are there to celebrate my wife's birthday with some friends we're essentially forced to order appetizers which we're okay with that. So we order appetizers and drinks and drinks come and we're drinking and drinking and drinking and drinking and so far no food all of a sudden the chef starts to cook and we're saying hey what are you doing now it's not just us but there was other people on a table that were waiting for their appetizers too. We said you can't just serve our meals without our appetizers and he start laughing start making a mockery out of the the whole issue. We call the owner over all of a sudden he speaks no English what a disaster, then the waitress was brand new had no idea what's going on with the menu she had no idea what's going on finally another waitress says oh yeah the sushi chef is cooking for another table when he's done he'll make your appetizers and we said appetizers come before the meal what are you folks doing so we got up and we walked out and left very unfortunate Scene It was horrific a lot of laughing and mocking and you know when you go there to spend money you work very hard for and to be laughed at because you don't get the proper service or the attention that's required this is horrible situation I'm sorry it...

Came here for a company dinner with several other people. We were super looking forward to the sushi and hibachi, after being fully seated by a man that none of us could understand we were handed over to a extremely overworked waitress who was the only one working with what it appeared to be a helper hovering around in the background. After being seated we asked if they were going to be doing the live cooking in front of you which is one of the main attractions of the restaurant if not the main attraction which the waitress replied something about San Bernardino county not allowing it okay fine so we got over it. I asked for a sushi menu she says oh I'm sorry our sushi cook is sick so we do not have any sushi on the menu tonight which is also another main Attraction of the restaurant. Basically what we were left with was a subpar steakhouse? we were not offered any condiments the food was dry and bland flavored everything comes chopped up like you're serving a child. The prices were astronomically expensive for what you get and the staff was tragically without personality. Asking for things felt like a chore and or felt like you were asking a statue. I can't recommend...
