No Limit smoke shop has got the best prices around the Chicagoland area Simply because they buy in bulk from their distribution warehouses. And all their products are 100% authentic. Which saves them money and they pass it on to the customers which is awesome and greatly appreciated by many. The staff there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the latest and new things on the market. Especially the lady who works there, she is one of the best at customer service I've seen in a long time.

Any body who thinks this shop or staff make the prices up on their products out of the blue needs to go shop elsewhere. Your not gonna beat their pricing on quality 100% authentic products If you want to get them any cheaper you need to open your own shop and buy mass quantities to get a better deal on them. Every business has overhead which has to be covered so yes there is a little mark up to help pay the expenses of owning a business. But they are not doing major mark ups here. They rather see a happy customer pay a fair price for the products. And continue to come back for the savings. *And the staff is a number 1 at customer satisfaction. They know the prices even though they may not be marked on the products. Especially the lady cashier that does the ordering she is A number one. She knows those prices better than anyone else. Her and the staff do alot of research on competitors prices. To give you the best deal possible. It's not like they are just grabbing numbers out of the air and saying this is what I want for it. Anyone who thinks that they are treated rudely by any of the staff needs to go shop elsewhere.

Even if you keep coming there for long periods of time does not mean that your discounts are going to get greater as time goes by. And you're not going to get special treatment because you shop there all the time. A business is a business. Everybody is treated equally especially at this shop.

Citrano's review of the lady who runs the night shift is totally bias. He seems to think he's gonna get something for nothing because he used to come in there all the time. Business is business if you don't like the price go shopping...

There's no option for zero stars, so you get 1. In a hurry, I called this place while I was in the area to see if they sold "high voltage detox". The guy who answered the phone, manager or owner, said yes we have it, the price is $24.99". Now, I am very familiar with this product so I said, no the high voltage that I am lookikng for usually cost around $10/$15. Do u have that one, the regular one (not the double flush)? He says, "oh yes, we do have it, it's $11.00." I thank him, let him know that I am on my way, and we hang up. When i get there, the guy(different person) says yes we have it, it's 24.99. And I informed him that the gentleman who I spoke with earlier confirmed that they have the regular high voltage @ $11.00. The guy from phone comes, with an attitude out of this world, and then LIED and said he never told me they had it. He brought some other off-brand "champs" detox and said that this is the one he confirmed over the phone. Worst customer service experience ever. No apology, no admittance of wrong doing. I'm so easy going, he literally could have just said, my bad, I misspoke, and I would've been fine with that. He didn't even have it in him to say that. Tf? RUDE. IF HE EVEN RESPONDS to this, you'll see the poor level of customer service. I'm sure he will be the same way he was today, RUDE. See pics below. The picture which shows two bottles, is the one that I was referring to, just the regular high voltage. The one in the box is double flush. What he tried to sell me after lying on the phone to me was champs, the third pic which shows 3 champs drinks. He knew damn well I didn't call him about no champs detox. When people need detox drinks, you know what they need it for. Stop playing with people's lives out here. Anyhow, the young Hispanic guy at the drive thru...

The guy is only worried about money. He doesn't care about his customers satisfaction... He also thinks all of his customers are stupid. When you try to get a deal on E juice, he tells you to look it up online, and when you find it online for 7 dollars cheaper, he brings up the fact about shipping, and acts like he's paying that price, and this is where he plays you for a fool, he tries to make you think that he's paying for each bottle individually. But anybody with half of a brain knows he's buying it wholesale, and instead of selling the juice at decent price to attract more customers, he wants to try and play his customers like fools, I would never recommend this store to anyone. I could go on and talk about the bogus products he sells and when you realize they're bogus and try to bring them back a day later, forget it, he already got his money and he plans on keeping it. Product quality is 0.... The guy is greedy. I can't stress enough that he doesn't care about any of his customers and treats you like a peasant.... This store is an atrocity . I also want you people to realize something, another scam these kind of people do, when they come from another country, they don't have to pay taxes for 7 years, so when you think he's giving you a deal because he's not charging you tax... It's a cheap lie these rotten people do to take advantage of Americans... They're not losing a penny. And after 7 years, you know what they do? They "sell" the store to one of their family members that just came into America, and avoid taxes again.... So these people are lying, scamming, con artists, remember this every time you walk into this store, if you ever have the stupidity...
