Buff City Soap - Pickerington — Attraction in Violet Township

Only reason for two stars is because buff city soap products are great, like everything! I would give it a 5/5 if it was strictly soap. I sat on making a review for a time but after this last encounter I wanted to write one. Simply put; don’t go in there looking to see if they will honor any online deals because 10/10 times you will get a different answer each time. We go to easton and have no problems, fast, easy, awesome. Pickerington store states that they quit honoring online deals “last week”. No where in emails or promos do they state anywhere “online exclusive”. So if it’s up to the individual store why not make a sign that states no longer affiliated with online deals? I’m constantly given the run around, different workers will honor the online deals and others won’t. I don’t know if it’s a franchise or what but that whole store needs to be on the same page. The individual that I dealt with last, don’t want to blast her name, but when we were just asking about the deals, she was completely dismissive and she was the one who stated they quit honoring email promos “last week”. Looks like we just missed it lol. Funny she told us the same thing two months ago when we went. Ridiculous. I suggest making the extra commute to the easton store or just ordering online, only reason for the trip back was to try...

I came to the store Friday with my daughter and both of us enjoyed it. I was greeted at the door and even though it was close to closing time all three of the employees took time to explain everything and made the experience top notch. This was nice seeing as I just left skin care store and did not receive any service.

I wanted to try various products to give a solid review of their products.

I bought beard oil, customized body butter, dryer balls, 2 bath bombs and about 8 bars of soap.

So far I’ve used one bath bomb for my daughter, used the commando body butter ( one of their men smells) dryer balls and the lemongrass eucalyptus soap. All I can say is it’s amazing. All the products I bought are amazing. I gave the cinnamon swirl and the fall one (forgot the name) to my cousins and she loves the soap.

I bought the fruity loop soap and bath bomb for my daughter and she went crazy over the smell. They have a nice kids section and a variety of products for everyone.

I spent about 120 at the store and will be returning when I run out of product. Again great customer service and...

I Came into the store on my Anniversary as a last minute surprise.I had never heard of this store before and just seen it as I was in the plaza having Lunch. I was beyond shocked 🫢 as I opened the door and was hit with the most unexpectedly intoxicating and beautiful scent. It was like walking into paradise! Very clean and peaceful place. The employees were so friendly and welcoming as I walked around smelling everything. I ended up only grabbing a couple bath items and a cute little mystery box. But after using the products I AM IN LOVEE 🥰😍 I am convinced this brand is better than Lush which was my Go-To BUUTTTT This place definitely hits the mark the bigger brands tend to miss when it comes to the quality of bath products.
