I’ve never in my life made a complaint before. If something with my order isn’t right I normally brush it off and think to myself maybe they were just having a bad day, maybe it wasn’t their fault ect. And drink/ eat it anyway. But today (02/08/24) I went to get Starbucks in the same strip as my new job before my shift started around almost 1:00. I ordered a venti Carmel ribbon crunch with extra Carmel drizzle and extra Carmel crunch (because I don’t like too much of the coffee taste) the older man on the speaker seemed nice then I got to the window (I’m pretty sure it was the same man) I could be mistaken but I paid (I didn’t tip) sometimes I tip and sometimes I don’t it depends on a lot of things not anything against the people working. I don’t want to assume this but it really seemed like this is what happened… I think the man noticed I didn’t tip, told the girl making my drink and I heard her say “I’ll put double in it” and they both started laughing. When I got my drink it didn’t seem like there was really any extra Carmel drizzle and definitely not extra Carmel crunch (I’d assume I had paid extra for these things) my drink had an awful lot of coffee taste to the point where I couldn’t really stand to drink it. Normally when I get to the bottom of my Starbucks there is that chunky texture when I can’t get it up the straw (always just assumed that’s because it’s cold/icy) but I didn’t even get to drink half of it before it got like that only about 1/5 of my drink. Im not only upset that I wasted almost 7 dollars of a drink I didn’t get to enjoy but also the fact that someone would seem to purposely mess up my drink out of spite. I told myself Starbucks would never ruin my morning it would normally make it better but today it ruined my morning. I don’t really want to go back there after this happened it’s embarrassing and I’m also not a confrontational...
Read moreStaff is super nice but is one of the locations that your drinks always taste watered down. I live right around the corner so I have given them a few chances and every time on 3 diffrent drinks they didn't have that rich thick flavorful bang when you take your first drink. For real the McDonald's next door has better macchiatos, which is painful to have to admit. I'm sure everyone gets what I'm talking about. It seems like about every other startbuscks location nowadays instructs there employees to use the bare minimum required to make there drinks and others tell them to make sure there ingrediants measurements are overflowing. Those places have the best and original starbucks quality drinks. This franchise is not one of those places! But again staff is great building is clean and inviting, my guess the managers try to adjust the bottom line by skimping ingredients, which hinders drink quality. So A+ for the staff d- for the management that is telling them to be stingy with the measuring cups. Let me know if you decided to go back to overloading the expresso machines and Pouring sugar and Carmel until the measuring cup overflows then adding it to the drinks, So I can stop wanting to cry everytime I order a latte from...
Read moreThe drive through line was very long, so I decided to go in. I Placed my order, waited almost 20 minutes for 1 drink, then asked if mine was in line or accidentally skipped over (it unintentionally happens!) I was politely told it had only been a 15 minute wait by the extremely busy barista who also apologized for the wait to customers as they got their orders. He also mentioned that he took care of cafe drinks before mobile orders and there were 12 ahead of me when I initially ordered (I did not have a mobile order) I told him I only asked because I had seen many people order after me inside and already receive their drinks. He THEN made mine. No apology. The end result was fine. I think more staffing is certainly needed to ease this issue - mobile orders/cafe orders should also probably be done in order received, not convieniece or ease of drink preparation. The part that made me upset was the reaction/ contradiction of the customer. (My receipt said 109pm and I approached/inquired at 127pm-18 minutes, not 15 like he stated or 20 like I over stated, but still a long time to wait for 1 drink when others who ordered just as I did,received...
