its Unfortunate that I have to give such a poor review however, I find it even more shameful that VCF won’t allow employees time off for thanksgiving to spend with their families. As an active duty service member I don’t get much time to spend with my family especially on holidays however, during the rare occasions that I do it’s nice to see all my family especially close relatives. Due to vcf having their employees work on this holiday (even though all other furniture companies are closed) I will be missing out on spending thanksgiving with the family member I am closet to and the reason why I came home for such holiday. We were seated about 40 minutes after we got there and was told 20 minutes, but it's Mother's Day so you expect to wait. Our waiter Winter came over with drinks and spilled tea and water all over my pants and feet, ok mistakes happen. Then, received my food my oysters were fried very hard some were burnt. I tried to eat them but couldn't. Asked the manager Amy for a discount was told no because I ate some them. Bad customer service Amy.
