Going to Reeds has been the best decision my fiancĂ© and I have made since getting engaged! My original engagement ring is incredibly beautiful but it is tall with a swirl like design in the arch. It made it very difficult to find a wedding band that fit the ring comfortably and didnât look funny and of course the ring I got didnât come with a matching band. The jeweler we got the ring from said they could make a band to fit but it would cost more than my ring is worth so they suggested we just buy a brand new set. They were pushy and not very empathetic about the situation. I was clearly upset because they also told us we could trade that ring in for another one as well and being newly engaged it was just a lot to take in. We ended up leaving the ring to get sized and decided we will look around at other jewelers to see what other options we had. That brings us to Reeds! Walking into Reeds we met Jerome the manager and he took the utmost amazing care of us. He listened to our story, our issue with the other store and our concerns and helped us make the best decision on a new set. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. All of the other employees cane over and spoke with us as well in between other customers too. It felt like we had been coming here for years and it had been our first time walking in the store. I cannot express enough how happy, impressed and grateful I am for Reeds. We still have over a year until the wedding and now the stress of the wedding band is gone. We even found a wedding band my fiancĂ© loved and heâs a hard cookie to please. I will NEVER go anywhere else for any kind of jewelry again. The customer service here is the best Iâve ever experienced. I am so excited to see the photos from the wedding and see our rings shinning in the sun. Thanks...
   Read moreI give most of the staff in this store 5 stars but over all my experience of this store was horrible mainly with the jewelry repair. I purchased a wedding band a month ago along with my wedding ring to be resized and have them all soldered together, along with some stones to be switched out. Originally told that it would be max of 2 weeks for it to be done. Got a call week one that it was done remind them that it was to be soldered to the band they tell me ok. Call me the fallowing week tell me its all done, they call back 15 min later saying oh no its not there was an issue having the right stone. Ok let that one go, week 3 they call tell me its done I ask if they are sure they said yes. Get to the store the next day my orginal wedding ring wasn't soldered in to the bamd nor was the ring ever put inside they band(its a double band) to make sure it fit or to fit it. All I get is an apology and it will be 1 more week its a simple process but it will be 1 week. Get called week 4 same thing ask if its done they say yes I ask if they are sure they said yes. I get there today and it wasn't even size correctly. I really though there was nothing else you could do to mess it up but I was wrong. I am sooo disappointed with your customer service up to today, I want to give a shout out to your manager on duty today at March 7th 2019 @ about 3pm because you went above and beyond what was expected of you and what your store manager even provided to us. You had our ring drove over and fixed on the spot, something your manager could of had done last week when the band wasn't soldered in but didn't. This whole purchase has been a nightmare its not like it was just a couple hundred dollars no it was over $1000 and I expected so much more out of...

As it was explained to me: you can imagine it as Rachel and Robert (REEDS) are the jewelry mother and father, with two children Brandon and Bernadette (2 "B"s)... I had never had any experience with buying an engagement ring or where to go to buy one, but I am so glad I walked into REEDS instead of any other place... The jewelry is amazing and the prices are truly affordable. Brandon greeted me as if he genuinely cared about my needs and desires instead of just a sale. Rachel helped me with getting a finance plan that suits me as an individual and she explained in detail how everything would work out, which cleared up my fears of being messed over with hidden fees and interest... I had my two daughters with me, ages 4 and 3, that are a handful, Bernadette jumped right in and kept them occupied and entertained so that I could focus on my new experience of picking out an engagement ring... Which by the way, before walking in the store and talkin to Brandon, I thought the engagement ring was just the ring you purchase to propose (cheaper and less important than the wedding ring/band itself), but I now understand it is the opposite... I was not the only customer in the store, so the whole family was able to make me feel as if I was the only person that mattered in the room, while giving the same excellent service and treatment to every other customer that came in as well... REEDS is the only jewelry store that I will ever recommend to anyone. I really would like to thank Brandon, Rachel, Bernadette, and Robert for everything they did for me and my family today, and for the amount of patience and care they displayed...
