The furniture we bought here was very nice, however, the sales process was awful. I felt like I was at a used car lot. I showed the salesperson that I could get the furniture I wanted a couple of hours away for about $1500 less than Willis was selling it for. I also told the salesperson that I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience of buying local and to support a local business, but I wasn't willing to pay $1500 more. The sales process literally took 2 hours. First, they sent me a second sales person to read me bad reviews about the other company I was considering. After that did not work they said they would need to get Ben Willis to approve a discount. After sitting in the show room for two hours our salesperson came back to say they could only discount the furniture by $100. The furniture we were buying was more than $10,000 so a $100 discount was an insult. After the $100 discount offer and spending two hours in the Willis furniture's show room we decided to leave. When we arrived at home we had a message from the salesperson stating that they were willing to match the other company's price. We ended up buying from Willis for the convenience of a local company, but hated the sales experience. The delivery was on time and...
Read moreThe selection of gorgeous furniture is almost overwhelming. I was shopping for 4 stylish and comfortable chairs to arrange conversation-style in my parlor. Chris Pascuzzi patiently spent over two hours helping me identify 4 different chairs and selected fabric samples to take home and match against my new multicolored area rug. I returned the samples today, still unsure about what I was going to select. I also brought the matching runner to my rug along with me. Chris and I walked throughout the store and a chair I hadn't previously noticed caught my eye. It is a completely different style than the other chairs I had selected as options. And, it turned out to be "the one". We played with different fabric samples, measured out an area the size of my rug, and arranged 4 chairs in that area to get a real-life visual of how they would look and fit. The wonderful and dedicated service I received was top notch and all my questions and concerns were addressed. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision or a purchase. All in all, my shopping experience with Chris at Willis was most enjoyable. Her approachability, design knowledge, and expertise were incredibly helpful and are highly recommended. I can't wait for my...
Read moreWe bought a fairly expensive couch in the winter of 2022. Waited 4 months to get it. After three months of use, the cushions were horribly flattened. Put in a warranty claim in June of 2023. Was told it was going to take awhile. Oookay. I get it some things are out of your control. Spent the month of October trying to contact the warranty person to get a status update. Horrible response time to email and phone. Finally got ahold of them. Was told it was going to take a few more months. OK. Finally got a call to schedule pick up and repair in January. No one ever showed up. No call, no email, nothing. Waited a week. Still nothing. Now we're back to leaving messages and waiting for incredibly slow responses. I see lots of folks here commenting nicely on their sales experience. Which makes sense, it's a sales man's job to do just that, sell you something. The real test comes when you have to go back for warranty work. So far, I've found them to be horrible. Regretting not just building a nice piece of furniture myself. For the money spent, I could have bought a lot of nice wood and leather. Would have cost less and have been much better...
