Waited over 30 minutes for 3 donuts to discover it wasn’t worth it, but I feel bad for the workers. The ticket machine was popping out orders from the two kiosk plus online orders faster than The Silent Generation popping out Baby Boomers. The donut kitchen couldn’t support the ticket load. Workers started filling one order, set it aside waiting on fresh donuts and move on to the next order. At one point they had 5 partial orders filled. But they’re short staffed so while waiting on fresh donuts to complete the orders, they would multitask, another worker would step in to fulfill ticket orders not knowing where their coworker left off and re-start the same ticket. I watched boxes of partially filled orders getting pushed aside. It got to a point where there were multiple boxes, and the workers didn’t know what orders they were for, so they placed the donuts back in stock and started on the next ticket. There didn’t appear to be a method of tracking tickets nor a cashier, I think they heavily relied on the kiosk. On top of that, there were angry customers expressing their frustration to the workers. The workers remained professional and did the best they could to get orders out. I also observed multiple completed orders- donuts and beverages with their ticket sitting on the counter unclaimed. One order sat so long they placed the donuts back in stock. One of the beverage orders was for a couple who were already long gone. If I were the owner, I would have at least shut down online ordering and switch from kiosk to register ordering because the kiosk does not know when they’re out of a donut flavor! Anyway, all this to say, I finally got my 3 donuts, and they weren’t anything special. The dough was the same in all 3 donuts, they just had different frosting. It was like going to Dunkin and getting a glazed, chocolate frosted and a caramel frosted donut but instead, shaped in a ring of beads and having to wait over 30...

Walked in around 2pm and this place was packed! There are two self-service kiosks to order or you can go up to the register to order, and I used one of the kiosks to put in my order.

Although I ordered earlier than couple customers who waited at the register line, I'm seeing the staff boxing their donuts before me... I ended up going up to the register to get more items and the staff packed the rest of my order for me, but my suggestion is that the staff should pack/make whoever's order by order, that seems more fair so people who ordered at the kiosks won't have to stand around even though they ordered first.

For a whooping 2.85 per donut, although they are delicious, it's still too pricey for me. Even getting the 12 for $30 "deal", they are still $2.50 a piece, still too pricey based on the size of their donuts. Oh mochi would definitely goes to my "payday treat".

I ordered 4 donuts for $10.95, but later saw the staff brought out a fresh batch of churro flavored donuts, I HAVE TO add couple more donuts to my order (girl's math‍).

With the 7 donuts I ordered, I picked the Strawberry Shortcake, Creme Brulee x2, Taro, Marshmallow, Chocolate and Churro flavor.

The dough is airy and al dante, definitely matches the description of "mochi donut". They are not fully coated with sugar like your typical American donuts, so it's perfect for my less-sweetness taste palette.

Overall all flavors were decent, and I liked the Creme Brulee and Strawberry Shortcake a lot. I will try their corndog when my next...

Today me and my husband went to try Oh Mochi. The line was small inside the store- fianally it wasn’t half way down the block. We arrived and waited around 30 minuets to place our order. I got 6 donuts for 17 dollars and then a single donut for 3 dollars. We also got the mozzarella corn dog, the hot Cheeto mozzarella corn dog and the original beef stick. I’d give the original mozzarella a 10/10. It was worth the wait. The hot Cheeto one was pretty messy to eat but still pretty good a 8/10. The beef one was nothing special it was okay. 6/10. The churro donut was honestly nothing special. It was good but not superior or anything. The funnel cake was equally as okay. The marshmallow and strawberry were tasty. The tarot was yummy. And the fruity pebbles were the best by far. I’d say for the price- (I paid 40 dollars for all of that combined) for the wait, and to meet my expectations it was really not that special. I had more hopes for the donuts. I thought they would be sticky and more like mochi but they were just like a squishier breadstick. Not sure if that is fair to say. But I may go back to try their boba.

Overall the service was a bit slow, the donuts wernt everything anyone made them out to be aside from the fruity pebbles- the corn dog was very good.

I’d say it’s good to try just to have and maybe on a few more occasions but don’t wait in line for these. Just for a rainy day when there is no line and you’d like to try one that’s what I would do. The girl on the...
