This was my first time visiting a James Avery Store and I was excited to go because I heard good things in regard to James Avery Jewelry, I usually frequent another store similar. So I purposely chose this particular nail salon because it was near the store. After my nail appointment I walked next door to JA. When I walked in the store (no one greeted me) but I noticed an employee was assisting a customer so I walked around looking at all the jewelry and charms. I was thinking my birthday next month so I wanted to treat myself to a few items. The customer in which was there when I first walked in had leftā¦ā¦Iām still walking around looking and I had seen a few things I was interested in purchasing. The employees started talking to one another, Iām still not acknowledge by any of them but as soon as these two ladies walked in, an employee immediately walked over to them and ask in Spanish if she could help them. Shocked Iām still browsing around the store and the other two employees behind the counter didnāt say anything to me nor did the other employee cleaning she just continued cleaning the glass cases. I was like am I invisible? At this point Iām disappointed with the whole experience, I had to do a videoā¦ā¦.as I walked to the counter (still wasnāt acknowledged)ā¦..ā¦.smh Iām standing right at the counter(nothing)ā¦ā¦..I had to get their attention by saying excuse meā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦..Mind you there was no one in the store but me after the very first customerā¦ā¦..until the other two ladies came into the store. So it wasnāt like the store was busy. The experience at this store & this location really making me rethink patronizing a James Avery Jewelry storeā¦ā¦I can just stick with the other Jewelry store thatās similar that I frequentā¦ā¦.. I really did like what I seen as far as jewelry but with that type of customer service, I rather spend my money elsewhere. I might try another location. Iām really not...

Young lady was rude to me and my niece. She kept looking at her apple watch for some reason. Very short with the answer to questions. And we had a specific place to the placement of a charm. Charm wasn't placed there and she acted like it wasn't her concern. They took the bracelet back only to put the charm on backwards. We wanted to purchase 2 more charms, so we asked her if she asked if they could put them on and she so nonchalantly said "no" and once again clicked on her apple watch. Never have I ever been treated so rudely at this location. And I have 3 bracelets and many rings all purchased at this location. *UPDATE * Not a review but I haven't been back or purchased any JA š¢...I once...

Since it was after Christmas, inventory was of course wiped out so I was told my new ring would be ordered and I would be contacted to come pick it up. I called to follow up twice, and was told the ring would arrive in the next week or so. 2 months later I called and was told my receipt showed I was given a ring when I left the store on the first trip and a new ring was never ordered for me. When I visited this store again, I explained that I did not receive a ring and was told it was ordered. When the sales associate realized she had made a mistake, I did not receive any apologies or pleasant interaction from the sales associate or even from the manager. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I will be shopping online for my James Avery jewelry...
