Richland Mall — Attraction in Waco

Let’s start out by saying that I didn’t know that companies allowed managers to date their subordinates. I seen what looked like a manager and his subordinates walking together holding hands and being uncomfortable close to just have a manager and employee relationship. I have also seen the same two on numerous occasions walking down the hallway holding hands and hugging on each other. I’m pretty sure that public display of affection on the job isn’t allowed either. Also on numerous occasions the same security lady, I believe her name Ramos, is extremely rude when she interacts with you. She Has an attitude with guest and is very unprofessional. When it is time to leave she walks around at 7 pm yelling at everyone to leave, when in fact I know that the mall closes at 8pm.

I also think it is very unprofessional for a person of management to go around a practically brag about getting rid of on of his employees. I recently overheard allied security manager Corey brown boast about getting rid of one of his employees because he supposedly didn’t come to work. I also over heard him state that he told that employee that he was fired, but put down that he quit. I don’t know what kind of operations is being ran in this kind of mall, but I think it is very unprofessional that the manager and a subordinate is dating and that the manager is going around unrightfully harrassing and firing...

Clean and small mall. This is not a typical grand mall, there is a few stores that are empty, but it's still nice to have this mall in Waco. Older people like to come here for their walks, it's kinda cute to watch the old couples walking together to stay healthy (exercise) The selection of stores is minimal, with Seas closing, I wish they had one of the big store opening in the future but instead it's going to be a women and home store that belongs to one of the stores that's already in the mall. The food court is also minimal with just 3 places to eat from. I hope that this mall can improve in the future because Waco is growing and the people of Waco need more and better stores/selection at this mall. The place is clean, feels safe, and I am really impressed how clean they keep their bathrooms. It is wheelchair friendly and there is easy accessable disabled parking spots as well. Very easy to see from the highway, easy to access from the highway, and easy to find parking. My hope is to see improvement done to the mall to benefit...

Went here on a date with my boyfriend it's a cool place I just wish it had more stuff to do. Not really the best place to go if you want to save money like we did. The restaurant in there was good. It was a Chinese restaurant but I can't remember the name of it now. I thought the prices were good and the food is really good in there My boyfriend says otherwise but he does not have a good head. The place was clean and air conditioned. We didn't get much of anything because it was very expensive but again we don't like to spend money. I went into the women's restroom to get one of those breath minty dropper things that cost $0.75 that are with the tampons and I put $0.75 in and nothing came out and I didn't get my $0.75 back. I didn't tell anybody about it because it was 75 cents I didn't think it was important but it does suck that it took my $0.75 especially because I love collecting coins and those three quarters were very...
