Just plain nice. If not for Melissa, I would never Have been comfortable to buy the JBL speaker. There was another one that I wanted, but it was coming in in a couple days. So I bought the one she suggested. Thank you to Target for being so mindful of having such a caring and responsible employee. Christine

Nicile B. & Kathy F. truly exceeded my expectations. They pointed me in the right direction. I would have normally walked out and given up. They helped me find the product. Pillows and more. My 87 year old mother went to customer service, a gentle helped her order something from target.com 3rd party vendor. She lost the receipt. the artificial tree was delivered on Sat 12/14/24, unsatisfactory quality. We went to Wall nj Target to return Ana they said they could not accept return. Then we spent 2 hours on the phone with target.com who also refused to assist us with the return, even though product is there and is listed on the website. The target rep Dee accused us of buying the product from Amazon and that is simply not true. Amazon is organized, professional and all of their purchases are thoroughly listed on our account on their website. No crappy service from Amazon or Walmart For that matter. I asked for a manager and was flatly denied until I pushed and pushed and now they said someone would call me in 48 Hours. Terrible terrible treatment. Don't shop online at Target.com...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday I went early at 730am for a quick stop. I grab my things and head to checkout. All self service checkouts are closed. There are no employees at any check out. Finally someone comes over to help me and the scanner is not working(for the record I don't hold cashier responsible) i understand there are technical glitches, but don't leave me just standing there. she went to get help and no one would help I stood on line for 20 min. The cashier and manager saw me standing there but no help. Just kept checking out other people. Usually a great location. Hopefully...
