Broad Street Dough Co. — Restaurant in Wall Township

I love the donuts here. But I’ve always had different problems every time I visited the store. The biggest and the latest issue is that the online ordering system needs a significant improvement. I ordered 6 value packs of churro bites, and when I go to select which donuts i want in the value packs, I selected churro bites. At first I was wondering if I was supposed to increase the quantity to 6, so I updated the quantity to 6 which made my total out to be $97 which didn’t seem right. So I lowered the quantity back to 1 thinking that the store employees would know that means I want 6 churro bites in the 6 value packs. No. I show up and there’s one churro bites, and the rest are assortment of donuts that I don’t eat. So I ask the employee, and she said that she doesn’t actually know what the online ordering looks like and I showed it to her. She agreed that it is confusing, and that no I should not be charged $97 for 6 churro bites. By that time in the day, they were sold out of all churro bites but one extra. While the staff was kind and helpful, i am not sure why my donuts had this presentation. The icing was literally melting on the orange one. The Bavarian cream donut was falling apart. The jam fell out from the donut on the box literally fell out of the donut when i picked it up, super disappointed.

It took me 5 minutes to go from the store to my car in the parking lot and they looked like this in the picture. The staff was really nice, but i wish i got a better quality presentation. Taste wise they were great but I am not sure why the appearance...
