Not even sure where to begin. The man with the blue glasses and an accent just isn’t equipped for a fast paced job as such. It wasn’t busy… he had us pull up and said he would bring out our food. We waited about 20 minutes before I walked in carrying my 11 month old. When I walked in, I saw food on the counter, with a milkshake but the milkshake was vanilla we ordered chocolate so I assumed it wasn’t mine, besides that I saw another customer standing infront of the food. She then put ketchup packets in the bag so for me that sealed the deal that it wasn’t mine. The worker man with the blue glasses came out from behind the counter with two bags of food for the people who pulled in behind us who were also told to pull up and wait. When he came back in, he asked me what I was waiting for, I told him, he grabbed the food I assumed was for the other lady customer. I told him that she was hovering all over the food, and the shake was wrong. This is where it gets wild, this man tried to gaslight me, saying HE PUT THE LKETCHUP IN THE BAG, saying he prepared the bag himself, and I said no it’s okay but I saw her do it. We went back and forth multiple times. I also said the shake was supposed to be chocolate. He told me he didn’t have chocolate and then said ‘you want me to put chocolate in it? I have that’ like I couldn’t believe this was real life. Finally the customer lady who had been touching our food, came and said yes she did do that. And I told him, ‘see, I told you that, it wasn’t a big deal I just don’t understand why you kept trying to get me to believe you when I saw her with my own eyes’ and then of course I walk out, holding my baby and the bag was packed with two meals, chicken fries and a extra onion ring… it busted. My boyfriend went in, and they gave him a replacement, but didn’t give us one of the fries. All in all I just can’t believe the way someone working customer service tried to gaslight me so hard instead of just fixing the issue. He was completely scatter brained and shouldn’t be working...
Read moreI’m a sales representative, and I travel all over the state. Usually when I’m in Ocean County I have a couple places I like to have lunch and do some business while I’m working. But I will seem to find myself here on route 37 at Burger King. It’s amazing, yesterday an elderly gentleman, who’s always in here saw me and asked if I was the Regional Manager for the store. I told him no, he said well because the employees are amazing and treat everyone respect. I told him I come here in probably three days a week, and they have the best team. Everyone treats all of the customers with such respect and give such dignity to all of the patrons that it’s really hard not to notice. Ann definitely runs an Amazing ship. Read moreI understand everything costs more now. And I have no problem paying for quality. But if I'm paying 10$ for a burger I expect to at least be made correctly. They screwed my order up twice while having 2 different people telling them what does and doesn't go on it. I stop here because it is supposed to be convenient and I leave hungry because I can't get my overpriced food made correctly. But this isn't a problem with this place specifically. It is a burger king problem. I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a good experience at burger King.
