Updates below. We used to like this local bagel shop for breakfast. But over time have changed our minds.
Another try, another update. Went to get a simple breakfast order of lox and cream cheese on a bagel. Got it then left, only to find we'd received a bagel with lox spread. Brought it back. My daughter explained their mistake, and they created a new, correct bagel. But made her pay full price for it. We're done. No more E Street. Sad to see it go down, but we're tired of screwed up orders.
Update: called in a lunch order, figuring our breakfasts had always been so nice. Bad idea. I called the order in an hour early. Got there and it hadn't been made. No idea why. Then when we paid, the price was different from the website menu ("oh you upgraded" :( And the sandwiches didn't taste very good. (Following added on 8-24-23) Okay so there is one worker there specifically that regularly leaves the phone off the hook and makes it harder to order, even when no other customers are in the store. But KATHY IS GREAT. I genuinely started coming back to e street way more just because of Kathy. She is so nice and kind and in my opinion deserves a raise for how good she is. Her and the man I believe from CBA are the 2 people specifically that I like talking to in the morning while getting food.
