Lezze Flowers Wallington — Attraction in Wallington

Never have I experienced such horrible customer service as I have with this shop. My niece ordered an arrangement through Proflowers for my 80th birthday to be delivered 1/15. There was a delivery problem and it didn’t arrive till late the next day. I have seen the Proflower picture, so I know what it was supposed to look like. The only thing similar is the square container and roses. The arrangement had 5 roses in one side and the back only had a piece of purple status and a stem of alstroemeria. The back of this arrangement was never completed. Having been a florist for 35 years, I’m aware of what an arrangement is supposed to look like. For a florist to send out something as unprofessional as this is beyond my comprehension! I called them to complain on 1/16. The person disputed my claim and said “we would never send out anything like you are describing “ I sent her a picture. She got back immediately and said I would receive a replacement that week. Nothing arrived. I called on Saturday and was told I’d have flowers on Monday. No flowers came. I called twice more & left voicemails. Nothing! I only hope my niece is able to get her money back through Proflowers. To call this place a florist is a travesty! Shame on you Lizze...

THE OWNER HERSELF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, yelled at me on the phone and hung up in my face! I wish I can give 0 stars! Placed a DoorDash order for a bouquet delivery and called to confirm my order was received. The owner herself answered my phone call and at first didn’t even see my order even though it had said order is being prepared for awhile already. Then she finally confirmed with me and was so quick to hang up before I was even done asking my question. So I called back and she completely went off on me on how she’s busy and doesn’t have time to look at my order. Yelling at me through the phone “ I am very busy I don’t have time for you $….. order, whatever’s in doordash will be there and if you placed it directly with me then I can go through it with you” and she hung up in my face! It shouldn’t matter how expensive or cheap my order is, I am still a customer buying from your store if this is how you answer phone calls and talk to your customers then you shouldn’t be in business. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! Will never buy from her and will also tell everyone else about this experience. Don’t spend your money here. • I looked it up and only the business that owns the google page for that said business can change their descriptions so I don't know how they can claim she did that unless she somehow guessed their log in information correctly which I highly doubt. Google users can suggest numbers but again the business can set their information correctly. I wouldn't trust/pay attention to those reviews especially since they are local flower shops nearby that could benefit from Lezze Flowers customers.*

Now for the review haha I love this place so much! They really accommodate to their customers and make arrangements so beautiful for whatever price range you have. I've used them multiple times once I found out about them through a friend and have never been disappointed. I'm only writing this review because I googled them to call and place an order and saw the other reviews by other flower shops. I don't know what they're talking about.
