Not on par with other minuteman locations. It's possible I may have been sidelined due to having a small order, but the service provided was not welcoming or professional. They did not print with full bleed when I followed the minuteman website instructions on file setup for fullbleed, they did not print the correct amount of print requested per file and I had to correct them and reprint it. They also did not complete the job by the original promised time and then blamed me the customer for forcing them to stay open late when they originally said it would be ok to pick up my order after 5pm. They attempted to cut only some of the print to take off the border but the cutting machine was done smoothly and the you could see damage to the sides of the prints cut. There were also white specks printed on several of the prints that detracted from the art. The owner was reluctant to reprint the badly printed prints and tried to say they looked fine.
