Worst Cato store Ive ever been too!! They will rip you off and scam you if they can!. Managers husband comes in amd hangs out. I paid for a law away and she printed the receipt and a month later they said I still owe $40 n mentioned loss prevention on me. Im an grandma n they know it. They give me a partial invoice not the whole damn thing. I paid it so I could get my new kaw away out. I have no clue if I gave her cash but obviously, they want me to pay for them being short in their drawer. Not right and not Fair !!!! A month before that I saw some shoes on sale only pair, was marked down Girl refused to sell them to me for the On there, I was trying to charge me more. I LOVE shopping here. This Cato in particular caters to women with curves. The woman who worked there Friday helped customers readily and was enthusiastic. You can see her passion for her work and she makes you feel welcome. I watched her boost another woman's confidence and it was amazing. The customer had found something that she really liked, but after she put it on, she did not feel like she could pull it off. The store worker helped to show her what was flattering and where the piece of clothing drew the eyes. She was sincere and she was right. That customer walked out of there with the garment, glowing. I had an event coming up and decided to go to Cato, as many friends have suggested it for appropriate business attire. I went in, not quite knowing what would look good for the Career Expo. I asked the employee at the front desk if she could help point out what would be best for the event. She was sooo much help. Did I mention she was wonderful?! Not only did she go through and pick out several outfits for me, but she went back and forth finding the correct sizes and told me her honest opinion on the outfits.
