At least 2nd time I've gone in because the drive thru is at a halt for seems like forever but then I go inside and its even worse! This time I waited long enough for the people in front of me to order, eat, clean up and leave before I finally asked about my order. Which she asks my name (btw she took my name but people forget seeing many every day) and she goes oh, pulls 2 bags off the back counter just sitting and tells me it's under mobile order? I'm confused and said oh ok, u put it under mobile order?.. No I didn't... well who the heck did then! Cause I sure wasn't pushing the buttons when u took my order! Then 3 things aren't in it and her and the guy making orders tell me it wasn't in my order, again taking no blame. So I show my receipt and the 3 products missing from my bag they say wasn't on my order lol which I then get! But ridiculous to wait almost 30 minutes for half my order and when I asked how long it's been sitting, if I habe cold and mushy food now.. Oh No I just sat it there like 2 minutes ago. Once in my car my daughter says she saw it sitting there awhile. And yes the hard shells were now soaked thru and soggy. No way did I care to go back. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting, from bird feathers to beard hair in the seats, food everywhere bathrooms look like they weren't cleaned in weeks and did I mention how nasty the kitchen and food prep area was? There is NO way it has been cleaned for at least a week. Food shoves under the counters and greasy prints everywhere The managers all had a bad attitudes, absolutely every customer that walked in had complaints and we're arguing asking to speak with the manager. The only one that was kind with the poor girl up at the front, Kaitlyn. she was on the front lines trying to control the situation and fill every request that she could. The management could not have cared less. Everybody was disgusted and irritated, many people walked out after asking the management's name. I have never been so disgusted with service or environment. Let's face is, Taco Bells can get a bit dirty. They're cheap, understaffed and ya get what you pay for. But the manager just wanted to sit the entire time as many people wanted they're money back and we're denied that. Just like myself, my order was wrong. When politely asking for a remake I was told this is how they normally do tacos (although I've never seen this pathetic of a taco at any other taco bell), he told me they skimp to almost no filling due to customers complaint about tacos bwing overfilled (yes right). Then he proceeded to tell me prices went up due to COVID so they were told by higher ups to put almost nothing in tacos, and I paid $12 for a basic taco, chicken quesadilla, (not even utand a drink. So I paid a high price & should get what is promised. He was visibly irritated very much so & verbally stated his concern with getting into trouble with his boss, not concerned about making this right.
