When you walk into a smoke shop, the experience can vary greatly depending on who’s behind the counter. With Jake, though, it’s clear from the start that you’re in good hands. As a budtender, he’s not just knowledgeable about the products — he’s genuinely passionate about helping customers find exactly what they need, whether they’re experienced or new to the world of cannabis.
What stands out about Jake is his ability to listen. He takes the time to really understand what you’re looking for, offering advice based on your preferences, mood, or even any specific needs you might have. It’s more than just recommending a product — it’s about ensuring that you leave with something that will make your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. He’s never pushy, and he knows how to answer questions without overwhelming you with information, which can often happen in this field. His calm and easygoing demeanor puts you at ease, and you feel like you’re having a conversation with a friend who genuinely cares about helping you make the right choice.
Jake is also great at making customers feel welcome, no matter their level of familiarity with cannabis. He doesn’t treat anyone like a novice or make them feel out of place, which creates an inclusive atmosphere in the shop. Whether you’re there for something specific or just browsing, Jake’s patient and friendly attitude ensures you feel comfortable asking questions and taking your time.
And when it comes to handling any issues, Jake is all about making sure you’re taken care of. If something’s not quite right, he’s quick to resolve it with a solution that works for you, all while maintaining a calm, professional attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants every customer to leave satisfied — not just with the products, but with the entire experience.
In a job where it’s easy to go through the motions, Jake consistently goes above and beyond. He’s the kind of budtender who makes you look forward to coming back, not just because of the products, but because of the service. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care are what make him stand out — and they’re the reason you know your visit is always going to be a...
Read moreOrdered 2 products online to pay cash in store. 112$ & some change. When paying at the store, I was told I have 2 orders & asked if I want too combine the 2. I said yes thinking that would be easier for them. So they re-wrote the order as 1. Now my new total is 127$ & some change. I checked my online order on my phone it says112$ . So I ask why its more & told that's because I combined the orders into 1. Wow, really? I tell them that's not right $ I want to pay 112$. I talk loud because I don't hear well. This store plays music way to loud making it even worse. Then here come a So called security gaurd, who thinks im yelling, telling me to calm down as If I'm doing something wrong. That guy is on a serious power trip & has no business being a security gaurd. What a joke he is. Then here comes the manager. This guy is visualy disgusting with his 3" long fake nails. He can't even work the keyboard with those nasty things. Just very unprofessional. I explained my issue with the nail man manager. 1st he told me he would be putting a warning on my account. Because I complained. Again, very unprofessional. Eventually he gives in & tells me he will put a 13$ credit on my account for next time. I said no, I'm not coming back here. I want the 13 now. So he gives in again, takes my order back behind the door, makes me wait 22 minutes. Again very unprofessional. Then brings me the correct order after being in the store for 45 minutes on a simple widow pick up. Also, several times the security would interrupt with ridiculous comments, like whan I asked for more money off the order because of all the nonsense the Security gaurd pipes in and says loudly...that won't happen and we don't have to sell to you. He was talking over the manager when he says that. Only making things even worse. He should learn to keep his mouth shut. I finally received my correct order. Beyond rude, very unprofessional these 2 were. I will be telling all my friends this issue. It won't be received well. We will start making mass orders at KC Canibis store in Blue Springs,MO Watch how they charge you, these ppl are stealing...
Read moreThey have higher quality Dab carts that taste great and make you feel great but sometimes $80-$100 is expensive for a 1 gram dab cart, $40 for a 0.3 gram cart is a no for most because some people have street prices for $15 to $40 carts for 1 gram so I'd rather do that. They also have cheaper priced(high quality) edibles. They taste great and they give the affect that you want. They have great quality flower and less of a selection now due to supply and demand, etc. You can't look at flower(since it's behind closed doors) which is a great experience for customers. They're still pretty high in prices and usually there isn't many 1/4's or 1/2's or ounces in stock for flower due to high demand. Also most of the time you can't see the percentage of a specific terpene or total terpenes(which affects your high) on the label of the product. They do have great brands/products and quality strains so I would say give this place and other places some more time because of legalization of recreational cannabis. They have a great staff from what I've experienced and they like their job so I think within 6 months to a year prices will drop again and I will use this as my regular store. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to purchase medical and recreational marijuana Besame!
P.S. Also when getting flower....It's not always about the THC% it's about the terpene profile and/or percentage, Body(Indica) or...
