I never go to this BK, it’s common knowledge that our location is sub-par. Today, I decided to test that word of mouth. At 12:30-ish, the parking lot is empty, the drive through is dead. While the speaker-box voice was polite, I was still put on hold. No worries.
I came for a whopper, but then I saw it: The Bacon King. “Our Bacon King Sandwich features two ¼ lb* savory flame-grilled beef patties, topped a with hearty portion of thick-cut smoked bacon, melted American cheese and topped with ketchup and creamy mayonnaise all on a soft sesame seed bun.”
That sounds delicious. Forget the whopper, bam, trying something new. The order taking process was seamless, smooth, and I was in and out without any hassle. I get home within 5 minutes of receiving my order, and settle in to eat. Fries taste like they’re overdone, and have sat in the heat lamp for a good couple hours. An extended time to say the least. That dry, “when I was YOUR age,” french fry. Blegh.
But still, the BURGER! That’s what I was after! I unwrapped it, and it just looked… flat. Much smaller than the picture. I thought to me, “hrm, maybe I ordered the wrong item…?”
But nope, sure enough, one single patty, a few bacon strips, and the whole sandwich looked terrible. Just a tired excuse for a burger. Nothing like the menu, not in description, not in presentation. It was missing a whole patty! I thought surely, I was wrong. But I just looked it up, it bothered me that much.
That’s alright, I knew it was going to be bad, so I’ll just make sure to tell others the same. I’ll keep spreading that bad...
Read moreThoroughly disappointed with the service went through the drive-thru took me three times to order my meal got up to the window got an attitude from the young lady at the window told me to turn fool around when there wasn't anyone behind me so I fooled around but after the attitude I just decided to go in and get my money back that took a good 30 to 40 minutes to do so because the manager was quote unquote busy as I was standing there the other young lady looked back at me and asked me what I said rolling her eyes and I said I didn't say a thing he said why I heard something coming from you you got something to say say it I said listen to see my money back and I will leave and that was the end of it needless to say I will not patronize that restaurant in warrensburg Missouri any longer I have been a loyal customer for years your food is great most of the time when they take the time to change out the oil and or the old onion rings but other than that been very pleased with the service and the food oh and a week before that I went through to drive through and the first time in my life going through a drive-thru the gentleman at the register asked me for a cigarette which I never had to have me before and I doubt that it's policy hopefully you didn't these things in the bud and help people rise above the petty differences God bless and I wish you something all the success it deserves...
Read moreIf you’re in Warrensburg and ever go to Burger King, CHECK your bag before you leave!!!! We got home and realized that they didn’t put the onion rings in the bag and it was the first thing on the receipt. So, we tried calling them 12 times and no answer!!!!! So we go back up there and pull straight up to the 2nd drive thru window and tell them. So they give us our onion rings, THROUGH THE WINDOW WITHOUT PUTTING THEM IN A BAG!!!! So Nico asks to speak to the manager and tells him this happens almost every time we are up there and tell him that our food is now cold because we had to come up there. The manager asks if we would like our food remade and we said yes and pulled forward and waited. After having our food brought out to us and asking if everything is there, we check our bag and, OUR ORDER STILL IS MESSED UP!!! This time they didn’t put the damn fries in the bag so we are even more pissed and pull up to the doors and go inside and once again tell the manager our order is messed up! He said the onion rings are in the bag as I argue back with him and tell him that the fries are now missing he asks, “did you order fries?” Yes!!! It’s on the receipt and in the old bag of food we gave back to you!! So we finally get our order right, just as someone else comes back to Burger King because their order got messed up too!!!
