Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else. I was given a script for Nurtec I don't remember the exact date but weeks ago. First time I went to pick it up I couldn't. I was told there was an insurance issue and the computers were down. The problem could take awhile come back tomorrow or the next, actually we'll call you when it resolved. I didn't hear anything for a few days. So I went back. I was told they didn't see any issue but they didn't have it in stock come back that next Monday. I came back Monday evening. To be told they needed more time to fill it. I was in hurry and said I would be back in the morning if it would please be ready this time. I've been dealing with horrible migraines and my doctor really wants me to get on this. I got back that morning. To be told I'm so sorry we're out of stock it actually didn't come in. Why didn't they just say that!!!! We should have it soon. Try back in a few days. I finally got a text message your script will be ready on the 22 at 2:20 I believe it said. So I went at 4 when I got off work. To be told that they don't have it again. At this time I just want to cry. My migraines have gotten so bad. The woman at the window must have seen how defeated I was and asked has it been awhile? I told her yes. She said you know we can transfer it to another pharmacy. Let me call CVS. A few minutes later she said they had transferred it. To give them time I told her to tell them I would be there tomorrow. I went to pick up yesterday at CVS. The lady at the counter never received the the transfer. But remembers talking to Walgreens about my script. So she called they confirmed it. Said they would send it. She told me hopefully I wouldn't have to wait much longer. I left and was gone maybe 15mins. When I got a call from CVS. Apparently Walgreens doesn't have script anymore, they cant "find it" (my guess it was deleted) and now I will need to call my doctor to get it sent to them. It was after 5 on a Friday! I have to wait the weekend to call my doctor to have him resend it to my now new pharmacy. Because I will NEVER go back...
Read moreStaff is friendly when you go in, but the pharmacy is YIKES! I should’ve asked for this particular lady’s name, but the way she handled our conversation has never made me more frustrated in my life. I get called and left a voicemail to call back by a nice lady. I call in, ask a few questions, and the lady talks to me as if I have a disability. There is absolutely no reason to be rude about questions SHE ACTUALLY KNEW THE ANSWRS TO. I was in pure disgust with this phone conversation. One time I even went through their drive thru and the lady asked me if I was “sure I wanted to pay the amount” without even giving me the price. Your job is to get my security info, give me the price, swipe my card, and say “have a nice day.” Don’t treat me like scum. Clearly I need my meds!!! I have a huge homework assignment due tonight and I’d rather sit here and vent because of my utter frustration that I constantly receive from the pharmacy. Read moreSo when I transferred out from the pharmacy last time it was due to staffing issues I can back so I can get issued 3mo supply’s of my prescriptions. Leaving again… when you wait in line for 10 mins and then you get up to the window and they decided to go on lunch to the min they are scheduled w/o clearing the line that formed this is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a person who works retail just because the store closes at “8pm” doesn’t mean you turn people away that are in line to check out this is why this Walgreens has a 2.1 rating thanks to the pharmacy. By far the worst Walgreens I have EVER been too. Once this script is filled I’m DONE… I will be calling corporate about this location. Thanks for making me put my “keren”...
