I love chipotle and always show consideration and appreciation to people in the food serving industry because I know how bad people can act. but this worker was a total disappointment and deserves every obnoxious customer she gets. She is an example of why people are opposed to minimum wage demands when workers show they have no regard for customer service or good work ethic. First, This young lady who made our order looked sick and was coughing alot (in her mask- though not wearing correctly over nose) There was a moment when she was waiting on customer before us, that she stopped making his order (just set spoon, bowl and food down on the bar and walked away. She didn't say anything to excuse herself, just walked away to other side of front counter, and took several drinks of a beverage. When she succeeded in quenching that thirst, she casually strolled back to us and the now super-long waiting line. She never apologized for the much needed drink (which would have been completely understandable if she had just should consideration for the customer she was helping and the rest of us customers in line. No smile, pleasantries of any kind, just one word commands to let us know we need to tell her what ingredients we wanted. When our turn, I ordered two burrito bowls. She rolled her eyes and started cleaning her area, I waited...when she was done, she stops, then turns to me and says, "Nowww, what can I get you?" I told her what ingredients and meat I wanted and when she started "lazily" tossing a spoon of rice in the bowl, carelessly spilling food since she was literally flopping the food into the bowl. She was scrapping the bottom of the meat and getting tiny remnants of meat to put in our bowls. I told her that we were ok with having to wait so meat could be refilled and she said "it's gonna take like 35 mins for that and there's plenty here anyway, I just am having a hard time grabbing it." At this point, I had lost hope for all humanity and just wanted to get home. To top it off, the food tasted horrible. The rice was hard and nothing was fresh. Very disappointed chipotle. It made me more unhappy to know that this encounter could have been avoided but unfortunately when trying to order through mobile app, three times. My order wouldn't go through and just gave an error alert that it could not process successfully, try again later. (A problem I've seen before, NOT due to insufficient funds but an actual technical malfunction) just poor customer experience all...

I had a truly awful experience at this Chipotle location, and I feel compelled to share it. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the complete mess in the dining area. The trash bins were overflowing with paper bags, food containers, and drink cups spilling out onto the floor. It was clear that the trash hadn't been emptied for a long time, and the waste was practically stacked on top of the bins. Even worse, there were multiple food bowls scattered on the ground, some with leftovers spilling out, creating a really unhygienic environment.
What frustrated me the most was that the employees were fully aware of the situation but chose to ignore it. I saw them standing behind the counter and chatting, not making any effort to clean up the area. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there was no excuse for the mess to be left there for so long. Customers shouldn't have to eat in such a filthy environment, and it reflects poorly on both the staff and management when basic cleanliness isn't maintained.
Chipotle markets itself as a brand that emphasizes fresh ingredients and quality service, but the condition of this location made me seriously question that commitment. When you walk into a restaurant, you expect a clean and comfortable space to enjoy your meal, not a trash-filled dining room that the staff seems to be too lazy or indifferent to handle.
This experience really made me lose faith in this particular location. If the employees can't take care of something as simple as cleaning up trash, I can’t imagine what else they might be neglecting behind the scenes. I won't be coming back here anytime soon, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either. Cleanliness should always be a top priority, and sadly, this Chipotle seems to have completely...
Read moreChipotle is a popular fast-casual restaurant chain that serves Mexican-inspired cuisine. I recently had the opportunity to dine at one of their locations and overall, I was quite impressed. In Warrensburg, this restaurant stands out really well. Hygiene, service, quality of food, staff, you would not have any compliant. Area is also quiet.
One of the standout features of Chipotle is their commitment to using fresh ingredients. The restaurant offers a variety of customizable options, such as burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads, and customers can select from a range of proteins, vegetables, and toppings. I appreciated being able to choose exactly what went into my meal and felt that the quality of the ingredients was evident in the taste.
I also appreciated the speed and efficiency of the service. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant dining experience.
One thing that stood out to me was the restaurant's commitment to sustainability. Chipotle uses responsibly raised meats and organic and locally sourced produce whenever possible, which is a great effort towards reducing their environmental impact.
One area where I felt the restaurant could improve is the portion sizes. While the customizable options allow for a range of portion sizes, I felt that some of the portions were a bit small for the price.
Overall, I would recommend Chipotle to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. The fresh ingredients and commitment to sustainability are commendable, and the customizable options allow for a range of dietary...
