Well, I’m not reviewing the specific location, but rather the delivery service, as there is no place to leave an overall FedEx rating. Their service is increasingly SLOW, taking DOUBLE the amount of time it takes USPS to ship a parcel cross country. I absolutely hate it when people choose to use FedEx to ship things to me for that reason, because I watch it make a 20 minute trip from Tempe to Phoenix, for instance, over the course of several days before it finally starts to make its way slowly across the country where it will sit again before going out for delivery, and arriving 5-6 days later and spending most of its time sitting stationary the next town over from where it began, when USPS can make this happen for the same amount of money in 2-3 days. Furthermore, their “next day” or “overnight” services are a joke, and are not even guaranteed to arrive the next day, nor do they usually. Why they even call it that, I do not know. I do know that I will be asking people to please avoid using this shipping service in the future, and that I myself most...
Read moreI went in on a Tuesday around 5ish. Michelle greeted me and i asked if it were possible to print 6 cards, she went to go ask Hannah. Hannah came to the register did not greet me, immediately asked me if the cards were “2 upped or 1 upped.” I looked at Michelle and back to Hannah and said “i don’t know what that means.” She asked me again if it’s 2 upped or 1 upped. I continued to tell her i don’t know what that means. Assuming she would be kind enough to explain to me what that means seeing as i don’t work there and am unfamiliar with the term. She looked at the card PDF on my phone and with a tone as if i was inconveniencing her she said, “it’s 1 upped, it’s our busy time we aren’t able to do it on the spot you’ll have to come back later once we tell you it’s completed.” I said “ok never mind then.” And left. Hannah was extremely rude, the interaction...
Read moreCame here on a busy Saturday, with a simple mission that was complicated by uncooperative technology (namely, my phone). I needed to print a shipping label, saved on my phone as a PDF file, in color. I'd already tried Staples down the road, which was unsuccessful.
For some unknown reason, my phone would not email the PDF file to either businesses' computer system, with the goal of printing it. The dude at Staples gave up rather quickly.
So, I came here to FedEx Office, where thankfully, a guy named Alex waited on me. The issue reoccurred. The difference was, Alex did not give up so easily. After about 15 minutes of trying different things, Alex succeeded in finding a solution that worked. His patience and determination is legend. He truly went above and beyond my expectations; he is a great asset to...
