EDIT 10/6/25- I needed to make a copy, and I had a package to drop off. It had been over a year since they lost my last package and I had not been back since. I decided to give them another chance. BAD DECISION!!!
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RISKY PLACE TO DO YOUR SHIPPING. THERE IS AT LEAST A 50% CHANCE YOUR ITEM WILL BE STOLEN BY THEM!!!
MY PACKAGE (WHICH I KNEW I ABSOLUTELY NEEDED THE TRACKING RECEIPT FOR, AND GOT) WAS DROPPED OFF ON THE 30TH AND APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN PICKED UP.
THE ONLY CONCLUSION AT THIS POINT IS THAT THEIR STAFF STEALS. TWO YEARS OF THIS NONSENSE AND IT IS NOW OBVIOUS.
PLEASE BE SAFE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
EDIT 4/8/24- I bought my own label printer to avoid having to go here. I had a vintage Alexander McQueen bag disappear here after I packaged it up in store in front of people. I absolutely wouldn't trust this place. I had to go there for a bit while I was waiting for my printer. During that time, I requested to watch my items go in the bucket before I left. This really irritated the kid with shoulder-length hair and glasses. I found out two of my packages in poly mailers had punctures through them, and he threw my items full force into the bucket in front of me. I ABSOLUTELY would not trust this place with your items. I thankfully was able to get paid for the stolen purse because of protection through the site I sell on. But the purse was never seen again. Poshmark had to contact the store before they would pay me because they needed proof I brought it. Wonder what else they found in the video?
Also, Sunny is miserable and has caused your reliable employees with good customer service skills to leave. I am friendly with a few of the long-term people there. My statement is based on what I have heard.
I have had many issues with one particular employee at the print center. I have to physically watch my package go into the bin on camera to feel confident they will be handled correctly when they are on shift. The last visit I had, this employee told me USPS only comes at 10am. I just found out today that they actually come twice a day and not at that time. I am writing this review after getting complaints from my customers who are upset that their package is still not picked up when I had dropped them off there Saturday morning. This is also not the first time this has happened. All 3 incidents this employee was on shift. I only go to this location because it is close to home. I would not recommend this location if you can avoid it.
1/27/24 I am back here again to update my review to a lower rating. They have, once again, lost a very valuable package. This location has HEAVILY negatively impacted my business due to their fast employee rotation and nobody having any idea what they are doing. None of the longer term employees care enough to show them the correct way, because the company doesn't pay a living wage. Zack, a manager at this location, literally told me he was going to hang up on me because my issue caused by his employees is somehow not his problem?? This location has always been bad, but it is going straight down the drain since they lost KP.
I have to now waste more of my time contacting corporate to get someone to do their job they get paid to do. The management here would rather blow customers off to go back into the storage closet and hide. Thanks Zack! You need to be put back on the registers. You have no problem...
Read moreI go to this store often to print and laminate pictures of loved ones, and when I went today around 2 PM, I got Sunny (mostly shaved head with a greenish blue bang, also has glasses), as my cashier. I showed her a physical picture that she herself printed for me back in June, and I said I would like for the photo I was emailing to be the exact same size. I described it as wallet sized, then I asked her to please measure it, so she took it and did it with no problem, then returned shortly after.
A few minutes pass by, and she hands me a picture that is twice the size of what I asked for. I firmly but politely show her proof it's bigger than what I requested, laying the exact picture I gave as reference on top of the one she had printed.
She gives me attitude, saying "I made it wallet sized", as if I didn't show her exactly what I was hoping for. I once again point out it is twice the size of what I requested.
Sunny, continuing her rude disposition, says "Okay... so not wallet sized, then" in the cadence of a spiteful teenager, then tossed the inaccurately sized picture away with no apology or sense of remorse. I was clearly a nuisance to her.
A few minutes passed and I got my picture done properly, then I promptly paid and left the store.
I understand that things can get lost in communication pretty easily with customer service, but again, she physically measured what I asked for then did what she wanted anyway....

Went to the print & copy center to print out a packet of papers, after waiting at the desk for about 5 minutes, the employee behind the counter was too busy to give me assistance. I took things into my own hands and logged into the computer to print out the papers i needed. I went to print them and their was no ink in the printer (keep in mind, you are charged more & more as time goes on + getting charged for each sheet of paper) I tell the employee the printer needs ink and they were unsuccessful at finding where the ink is stored. She tells me that I can email it to her and she will print it out, so i do that and ask for her to void my payment on the computer since it was unsuccessful. She charged me 70 cents for the papers to be printed while the computer charged me $8. Overall the employee and the manager didn't know how to refund me so I told them not to worry about it and walked out. I will not be going back there ever again.
